Bad after sale service... We got a problem with car in the day when we picked up, ring them, explaining the situation, asked for collection as car was unsafe to be driving back, the play an annoying game with us being rude on the phone... After few days on this game we ended fixing the car on our cost... Was not a big sume, only £216 but even this... When you pay £8995 for a car you have some expectation... Even 2 star is too much for this guys...

My daughter and I bought cars recently from Kidderminster Motorhouse. We cannot fault the help we received from Nick and Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble. We had never bought cars on our own before and were, to say the least, apprehensive about it, but the care and patience we were shown made the whole process so much easier. Both Nick and Nathan deserve a special mention for their kind and professional approach in helping us.

David our Salesman at Kidderminster Motor House was very good. Don’t bother with Diamondbrite interior and exterior protection and waste £250 like I did. It isn’t applied correctly by them. When I collected the car it still had dirty marks inside & out even though I was told this would all be removed before Diamondbrite is applied. After contacting Diamondbrite directly they advised me the exterior of the car should be cleaned with a clay bar or mopped prior to application to remove all tar, bird lime and ground in dirt. The interior should also be properly washed to remove all dirt and stains prior to application. When I spoke to the sales manager Nick he said they only wash the outside of the cars before applying therefore as advised by Diamondbrite it doesn’t it give any protection.

Can’t fault the customer service for Clark’s Direct in Kidderminster. Purchased a used Citroen C3 1.2 vti. Brilliant customer service from Andy Stock, Andy Cole and Nick. They went far beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. They even arranged the cars alloy wheels to be refurbished as I wasn’t happy with the wheel scuffs from kerb and water damage at no extra cost to me.Cant recommend this dealership enough. 10 out of ten from me.

Didnt actually buy from clarks direct but to no fault of there own we just like another car more. The gentlemen we dealt with Tim and Nick are very pleasant not pushy like most and actually gave us a great deal on the car we looked at and good part ex price for our old car. Very professional polite service and where willing to go the extra mile which was nice for a change. If your after a new car defiantly pop down and take a look. Thanks again guys

Have to say we had fantastic service when we bought our car from Clarks Direct. Julian was a friendly helpful man who didn't put any pressure on us at all to buy the car and actually helped us get the deal we wanted. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Next time we buy a car we will have no hesitation in going back to Clarks and seeing Julian. He's a top bloke! Thanks for all your help.

Very good service at Clarks Direct. Never felt pressured at any time. Gave us time to discuss and think over our purchase. Collected car after having been serviced in excellent condition.

We purchased a car in May this year everyone was very helpful we were littrally there for 20 minutes and all was done and dusted the sales personnel especially Tim were very pleasant and went through everything in great detail we are very happy with our car and the service we received.

I was most impressed with Clarks Direct Kidderminster, Julian was not only very helpful, but went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with everything and understood everything about the car, finance etc.... I would recommend anyone buying from this depot, great service, and great staff, plus obviously great car!!!
