Purchased the car in October and 12 days later the engine failed. Garage refused to refund! After two engineer reports both saying that the injectors had been tampered with which was leaking diesel all over the engine which in turn knocked the timing completely out. Car was purchased for £2400 and the cost of repair was going to be £1500!! So no option to take them to court as they are not up to date with the information on companies house! Ended up at we buy any car and receiving £736 for a car I purchased that has done less than 400 miles! Beware of this company! The threats and nasty ness I received was disgusting from a grown man!

Don't ever buy or even think about buying a car from here after spending £3,495 on what we thought was a good reliable FAMILY car with a clean 12 months MOT with no advisories APPARENTLY!!! How wrong was we. After having the car only 2 weeks the drive shafts broke so took it back to them and was given a courtesy car whilst mine being repaired which had bold tires and was not fit for the road, then to be told it was fixed which was a load of lies the problem was still on going so after contacting them again to state the problem was still on going for them to be rude, abrupt and admitted it was not they job to repair it, so I contacted trading statands who told me I was within my rights for a full refund upto 6 months and they are liable for cost of repairs. Class autos did not seem to care about trading standards but finally agreed to 'fix' the issue so back the car went into the garage to be fixed for the second time, to then get told I had to pay £100 towards the part as apparently they did not have to pay for repairs I obviously argued my rights for about a week but what did they care so I payed the £100 just to get the car repaired and back. On the day of collecting the car they apparently had to close the garage and could not be there to hand me the car back so they left it with 'friends garage' next door who also did the work on my car which says it all. When we set of back home to realise there was no break pads at all on the drivers front it was metal to metal which certainly was not like that when it went into them. So that was another £90 we had to pay to get it back on the road 2 days after that we had to be recoved from the road side due to break caliper broken so had to use a local reliable VAT registered garage to do the repairs which cost another £285 with tracking and balance that needed doing aswell my local garage has adviced me it needs a new hub as someone has used an angle grinder to get the wheel off and has massive chunks in the hub also needs wheel bearings and back break pads and disc's it's been nothing but hassle since buying the car it's still not satisfied quality neither fit for purpose, and the whole time this company has shown no remorse or care just shocking poor customer service and is clearly out to rip anyone they can off!! And looking at all the reviews he has done it alot. I have only had the car 2 and half months he is refusing me a full refund so now I will be seeking legal adviced and small claims court.. Absolute joke!!!!

Having bought the car 12 months ago with a full mot. 12 months on ,having a new mot ,all the so called advisories from the previous mot ,which they said they had done, were not. Illegal tyres.,joints they said were replaced were not. The paperwork said Class Motors would do with the dvla,they didn't do which cost me a £80 fine....don't go here....

My family. Have had two cars from class motors and we will be buying again from them " they bent over backwards to help us ' and the two cars are running perfect after almost 18months. Well done class motors,
Still waiting for a logbook for a car I’ve purchased 2 months ago. On arrival - the Peagout wasn’t as described. Seat moves freely back and forth. The car mileage doesn’t look right at all. The car is nothing like they described. No sore key. NO LOGBOOK. Tried asking but just get told they’ve sent it. No one can believe they’ve sold me a car without a log book and the general state. Avoid like the plague, no customer service skills. Oh they operate through WhatsApp. Class Motors are unreal.
Having spent £5650 ,the bmw we purchased from Class Motors had incorrect service book, lacked full service history which we found out after 48 hours. Despite AA Cars telling him to refund,he was foul abusive and would not. Drive shaft went on way to have independent examination. All in 7 days and 200 miles. AA removed his accreditation and I took court action. Although he agreed to refund, he could not afford and split payments over 5 months. The whole stressful event took 18 months but Please do not let these liars and cheats get the better of you. Take them to court if you believe in your issue. All comments can be proved as I still have all relevant paperwork. Also don’t be convinced by the mot they have done.
The lads at Class Motors were really good and patient with me. Had problems with my insurance and they sorted it out for me. Most garages wouldn't take the time to help. So thankyou Joanne

Bought a car from this garage with a smooth transaction only gripe was the hand book was wrong but assured the right one will be sent also radio/satnav was locked but money was knocked off to compensate for this
They lied to me .Their MOTs look bad too .they don't believe in trading standards, buy at your own risk from these guys, the worst company i've been to!
