Snake oil salesman. Engine management light and bulb lights came on 1.9TDI now struggles to get to 70mph brake lights stay on no log book provided, so I cannot tax it for 4-6 weeks until ne one arrives (and they tried to make me pay for it) I have had it for 4 days!!! Very friendly, Classic Cars UK will say what you want to hear, but nothing behind it once they have their money!
You guys were great and made it so easy , I have never bought a car on finance but it was very simple. I recommended two my friends as well.

I was looking for a particular model of car and saw one advertised by Classic Cars UK on Autotrader. the car they had was approx £2000 less than other dealers had for the same car. I live 200 miles away and have never in my life bought a car without seeing it but I gave them a £500 deposit to secure the car subject to the car being to the standard as described by Shaf and Sharaz. I got the train down yesterday morning and can only say that the car was better than I could ever imagined. I took it for a test drive then paid them and set off home. It took me 8 hours to get home due to horrendous Friday afternoon traffic but what a fantastic first long drive in a beautiful car. Thanks guys, you have one very happy customer here. Cheers.
I contacted Classic Cars UK and made clear to them I wanted to view the car, placed a deposit to secure this car, I also told them I'm from cardiff and would have to travel up. I booked the bus which cost £22.70. On the evening before travel I was looking at the images and noticed it did not have the heated seat option which stated on the ad it did and the guy over the phone confirmed it did. I called up and cancelled my viewing and received the deposit but I did mention as a gesture of goodwill, it would be nice for them to refund my travel cost as it went to waste and was not my fault but there's. They have argued the case and would rather upset the customer than refund £22.70. To me I'm glad I didn't buy from a car garage who doesn't care about the happiness of the customer or future customers. Very poor from Classic Cars UK.
We contacted Classic Cars on Friday evening, to arrange to buy an Audi TT. We had an extremely quick response, and arranged to drive up and collect the car the next day, arriving between 12-1pm. We text and emailed the dealer to advise we would be on our way and the time of arrival, as we were travelling 88 miles from Brighton to buy the car. We had absolutely no response, despite the contact we had made. We pulled up outside the showroom, and as we did so, an email came through to state that the car had now been sold! My partner went into the showroom, and asked what was going on, to simply be told it had sold. Absolutely appalling service, with no regard to not only the waste in cost of fuel, but also the waste in time.
