Don't ever buy a car from these! Never known such poor customer service! Don't reply to emails or calls. Car broke down round the corner from the forecourt the day he bought it, they towed it back n fixed it (allegedly), 28 days warranty they said, he went back to his barracks, it broke down again, multiple cylinders misfiring, refusing to honour the warranty unless he can get it back 250 miles to their garage, after 3 days of calls, they then agree to pay half to the garage where it's being fixed, do they honour it? No! Furious isn't the word, you're disgusting!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would give this review a 0 if the site allowed. Bought a corsa from cleckheaton motor sales and after less than 1 week i started to notice a very bad clutch judder when sat in traffic. I had already booked the car for an air con re-gas so asked for a complete vehicle health check at the same time as well. they confirmed it needed a complete new clutch, so I took it back after attempting to call them 5 times left a voice mail and sent an email with no response!! I couldn't believe how unhelpful the owner was, getting in the car and driving it around the corner and saying "nothing wrong with clutch" and didn't even ask to see the vehicle report I had in my hand !!!! He tried blagging to me saying u can get a judder when u don't apply enough gas! I have been driving over 11 years and got confirmation from a garage and he didn't care. What a waste of time, money in cost; health checks, air con, insurance change and tax. They still never bothered to ask to look at my health check report when I handed it back and it was on their website for sale the next day!! Same price exclaiming NO FAULTS! do not buy. Their cars look shiny and claim "warranted" on them but it means NAFF ALL - once u have the car it's your problem. DO NOT USE.

I bought a car from here that was advertised as having full service history but only had 3 stamps when paperwork arrived at garage..so bad practice. However car is good value for money and I have spent £200 at at friends garage for full service and a few extras who assures me that it is a good car.

Set of jokers who no how to work the system, on going court proceedings that am not going to let lie, £1000 worth of repairs and all you get is, not are problem, avoid these like the plague, probably happened to many more. Just gutted did not see this site before we purchased as you can tell what's been said about them.

I bought a corsa from these jokers and the heating fan went after a day. I arranged for it to be fixed which they did then after three days the fan went again what a joke. They are not interested that I work and can't get back to the garage to fix it. When I went to pick it up after the first time they just let me drive off with it no ID or name give. Give this company a miss if you want a car that works.

Bought a car from here 6 weeks ago. Had it a day and noticed it had a clutch judder so had to take it back. Had it one week and then it just kept cutting out and wouldn't start. They said they would fix it but i picked it up 2 days later and was still the same. After going to trading standards and telling them what i was entitled to they then all of a sudden knew the issue and fixed it...obviously didn't want to issue a refund. Now the clutch judder is beginning to come back so they hadnt fit a new clutch (just an old second hand one) and the radiator is knackered...do not buy from here. Additionally, they bought my old car off me for £200 as they said they would just sell it on at auction with it being completely ****ed. The next day it was up for sale at £1295 so that just shows!!!

I found that this company helped me with Tom car which what I was looking for. I had no problems at all the gentleman that I dealt with was very nice. Got the car home and then I've used it ever since and it's running perfect it had a new set of tyres on and I've never had any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone. Top work guys and thank you very much x

Bought my first car from this place (VW polo) i happy with the service I received and extremely pleased with the car, didn't have any problems with it and I also recommended them to a family member, who also purchased a car there. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a new car

DODGED A BULLET! Purchased a car from here, advertised as 'A1, mint condition'. Less than an hour after leaving the garage it had broken down. Took to a local garage as didn't want to travel all the way back to Cleckheaton as I'm not local, mechanic advised the car shouldnt have been sold to me- head gasket was gone and they had put anti-leak fluid into the car in the hope that it wouldn't conk out until after my 28 day warranty was up! Took the car back to Cleckheaton Motors, they tried to fob me off saying it was a problem with the air valve, took it to their garage and it transpired the car had all sorts of issues. Eventually got my money back as even they had to admit the car they'd sold me was not fit for purpose. Customer service non-existent, cars all look fantastic on the outside but can honestly say this is the worst car sales garage EVER, DO NOT BOTHER!!!
