My partner bought her first car from here and I am still fuming. Staff are far from helpful to the pint of rudeness and made my partner feel particularly uncomfortable by prioritising staring at her rather than helping us with the cars. The owner (or who I assume was the owner) was a complete blagger. When we returned to purchase the car after it had been through its MOT we was told that it past with no problems. Until i noticed the paper work mentioned a re test. the owners only words from now on was 'Good runner that car' to every question. For an unprofessional, rude, intimidating and dishonest service choose Cleckheaton Motor Sales.

I dont even know where to start. Bought a mini two years ago for £2795 as my first car i obviously didnt know what i wad looking at when checking cars. The tyre and the battery was flat when we had a look, they told me they will change it once i pick it up. Well,, i picked it up. Drove 50 miles back home to then wake up in the morning to go to school all happy and shining to realise that my back tyre was completely flat and the battery was DEAD! I was crying and sooo upset. Ive had problems with it since i bought it, i paid more for the repairs than the car actually costs. The window was broken and wouldn't go down, the back screen wiper also didn't work. Nothing ever worked! They told me it had one lady owner when in fact it has two! A lady and a guy! I was do annoyed! They also said that the car was serviced regularly before.. When i bought the car and got home with 59000 on the clock, i checked through the service book and realised the last time it was serviced was like back in 11000 miles! They took advantage of me, used me and betrayed me. I spend all my saved up money on a shitty car. Had to change gear box after 2 months of driving it. The exhaust also went after 7 months. And guess what.. 2 years later,,, my car is now in my garage static because the bonet wouldnt open as well as the car not working AT ALL! £1000 to repair. Something major happened and the garage said it was there for ages, it was just holding up by miracle. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ANY COST! I NEVER leave reviews up for anything. BUT now i feel like i have to. There is not way about it. AWFUL. Plus they are rude and threatened me and my boyfriend when we rang to explain the problems after a week.

Bought a corsa drove home 50 for a new wheel bearing, garage checked the car over said it could not have passed service as stated, no oil, bald tyre, six weeks later car back in garage new circuit board needed 917 pounds emailed through website, no reply, phoned call hung up. Paid 2750 for a car for eights weeks, no car means no job, DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE, reporting to trading standards and seeking advice from citizens advice.

I bought a VW Polo from this garage and it was my first car so didn't really know what to look for. They helped and advised me and were very friendly! My boyfriend also bought his first car (Renault Clio) from this garage and both cars never had a problem. Would definitely recommend this garage!!!

Wanted to leave a review that shows a true representation of this car garage as after reading the reviews i was sceptical. From the moment I walked through the doors I could see the high quality of cars and all that I looked at were showroom standard. I wasn't pressured by any of the staff and was left to it until I was ready to ask questions. The staff were very informative and knew details on the car straight away. Not at any point did they try the hard sell that I have experienced at a few other garages. Love my purchase thanks guys will be recommending you to family and friends.

I have to say, I have read some of these reviews and been totally taken aback! We recently bought a Corsa for our 17 year old daughter, and when we found a couple of things wrong they immediately sorted them out. They actually didn't have to as the warranty didn't cover a couple of things but they did much more than we asked and as far as we are concerned, we would definitely use them again Thanks Guys!!

I bought a car from cleckheton motor sales about 6 weeks ago and I am very pleased with the car never caused me any problems it was an Astra love the car will defenatly recommend to family and friend all staff was well mannered and helpful

**Avoid**. I bought a second hand corsa from here a few years ago and had constant problems. I have spent as much on repairs as the car cost. I had problems from the offset and I'm sure it was sold knowing the head gasket needed replacing. The salesman was extremely rude when I rang up about the issue. Worst experience
