I will NEVER use or recommend this dealership again. In fact, I’m going to report these bunch of lier’s to trading standards and believe me I will not give up until something is done. I am a 22 year old lass, initially thought the deal I was getting on my Citroen ds3 was great. Cam belt done and car looked fab online etc. wow, couldn’t have been more wrong. Fortunately being clued up and taught by my partner a bit about cars I dug deeper for reviews which I was sick to my stomach reading how bad they were, I was waiting on my car to be delivered so I rang my garage and had the car delivered there to be checked over. Delivery boys were tired and fed up but understood why I wanted my car checked over. My car spent 2 hours at the garage and thank good for this because there were too many faults to even write down. From bodywork to break pads and all sorts. I rang up the garage, explaining what was wrong and how much it will cost to get everything fixed and the boss man got aggressive and told me to reject the car and get the delivery boys to take it back. I wanted the car and needed the car for my job that evening as I’ve already been without a vehicle for a week. First he said he can’t knock off more than £350 and then he said he can take off £400 but no more. Being stressed out as it was and fed up i accepted the £400 for fixing the problems even though it STILL wasn’t enough for the amount of problems the car has. Beyond upset and angry about the service I got and this totally explained why they didn’t bother to get back to my messages half the time whilst I was waiting for my car to be delivered. Dodgy men, dodgy cars, horrible horrible business ran by crooks. NEVER again.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. my fiance travelled from London to buy their astra in May. they said 'everything works' and it's 'ready to be driven'. He bought the car and was driving back on the motorway when suddenly he could see smoke coming from the back of the car, causing him to drive onto the hard shoulder and stop. The car shop was closed and never respond to calls, so the car was towed to the nearest hotel. The next day, my fiance confronted them, to which their response was "the car wasn't ready" and was trying to transfer their liability onto him despite it being advertised on Autotrader weeks prior. They said they will give a refund.... which has been pending for two months now yet they re-posted the advert on Autotrader the next day at a higher price. We will definitely file a claim or take them to court. We are students with financial difficulties as a result, please stay away from this company for your own good.

bought a car two weeks ago, clutch has gone and needs replacing, knowing full well that any garage within the first 6 months of purchasing, they are obliged to repair the car up to 3 times, or if the customer is not happy can ask for money back, when stating this was told that I wont receive a penny back.

Please, whatever you do.. do NOT buy your car from here. I bought a Ds3 yesterday and on the way home it broke down twice on the motorway. Customer care told me it was my fault even though I’d only driven 10 miles in it. Currently taking the car back (36 miles each way) at a cost of over £300 to tow because it’s been rendered unsafe to drive. Not been offered a refund for towing or anything. Disgusting cowboy car dealers! Please avoid.

Bought a car from here, an Astra, lovely car, had to ring them after a week to find out when it would be ready, Told they didn't know. Rang Friday morning to say its ready, car was making funny noise, 5 days later it wouldn't start, they refused to collect it, so we managed to get it going, took it back, arrogant prat who is supposedly after sales, is the most vile person I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Sales guy said leave car and they'll sort it. Husband told them he wanted to see mechanics report plus invoices for work done. As soon as he mentioned this, after sales guy, (who by the way never returned calls, and was constantly playing on his phone, so bloody rude), he told other guy to give a refund!!. My husband accepted it. No apologies, no asking if there was anything they could do, nothing. We didn't get their names, not interested in any negotiations, nothing. The car was filthy inside and out, it certainly hadn't been cleaned. Disgusting. They do not know how to treat customers no handshake or thanks. They should be put out of business, as they are total Crooks. If I could leave zero star ratings I would across the board

Don't buy from here, crap. Car was back with them 11 out of the 28 days we had it. Refused to give us our money back, but got a full refund after asking for all invoices on work done to car {YB12 NPV} do not buy from them think they can sell cars not fit to go on the road death traps. stay well clear rob dogs. Have to put 1 star as zero not an option.

Son put a deposit on a motor. Only to find it had a massive water leak. Said it would be fixed went back a couple of days later to view another car. Told they had fixed the one he put a deposit on took it again same problem as before. Showed the manager who said he could not see the leak. Clearly new nothing about cars. Said it would be fixed within a week. During this time my sons financial position changed and asked for refund. Told flat no refund even though the receipt stated refund if not repaired which the car would need another week? Customer service is non existent. You call back to be greeted leave me a “text” other numbers not in service. By from auction with no vehicle checks before selling on £ 200 lost

why don't people learn by reading the reviews,,,,, 10 years that I know of, this company sells crap, no after sales, what I would call proper service, just lie after lie

Recently bought a car from here, after being reassured multiple times that the car has no faults and has been checked plenty of times, I find out that the car is in horrible condition with plenty of faults, I then try to ring the seller over 40x and no answer, I had to go through the bank to get my money back, DO NOT BUT FROM HERE PLEASE
