drove 50 miles to a car that was nothing like it was described. placed a deposit on the basis they sorted a huge dent out in the front wheel arch, told me 2 days and it'll be ready, 8 days later i'm told to pick it up, drove 50 miles again to see that the arch looked like it had been fixed by a 3 year old kid, and resprayed by stevie wonder with a rattle can. and that's being kind, shocking customer service, no people skills what so ever. avaoid at all costs.

I bought a lovely little car for my daughter, great condition for year and price. I took it on the day which was great as car was clean, serviced and mot'd already. I noticed some knocking after a week and they were happy to repair this for me and was sorted in less than a week. They are a really busy garage so it is really hard to get through on the phone but if you text them you get a quick reply. Really happy I will buy again from them.

Drove 45 miles and after half an hour of walking around the showroom and twice asking if someone could please help us we left after no one spoke to us. We were told they only had one person available as we left - well they need to hire extra sales staff. If this is how the level of customer service starts with this company, probably better off buying somewhere else.

Well what can I say anyone who buys a car from here wants to be very careful.I bought a car from here on 22nd June and after driving it home barring in mind it had a full 12 months MOT we noticed a bubble and a big hole in the front tyre took the car back to be told it could be a couple of days to get it changed which I then told them I needed car for work so then decided to tell me to go to a garage and get it changed, which I did.then couple of days after noticed a grinding noise coming from front of car so decided to take it to another garage to be looked at,I was told the wheel barring had gone on front, took the car back and was given a curtesy car that for few days while they fixed it,then when I thought both else could go wrong a high pitched squeaking started coming from the car not when braking or turning just driving straight so took it back and said I not happy with the car it’s been one thing after another I want a refund as it had only been three weeks and iv had nothing but trouble I was told rudely by the arrogant guy that there was nothing wrong with the car and it was me that was hard braking, trading standards are now involved.please avoid this place they are playing with peoples lives.only happy when there have your money could care less afterwards, ABSOLUTELY COWBOYS the place need shutting down before someone loses there life

They are the worst car dealers in the country i should know i live really close to them. !!! And everyone should stay away from theses COWBOYS. !!!!
I put a deposit down for a fiat sedici and traveled 2 hours to go and see it. I took it on a test drive and fell in love with it. There were a few things broken, such as the casing around the drivers wing mirror and the boot lid, these weren’t mentioned on the ad but it didn’t bother me too much. Whilst doing the test drive I did notice that the gear box was a bit stiff but I didn’t think it was a massive issue, thought maybe because I was so used to my old car having such a loose gearbox. I bought the car but had to put in £15 fuel to get me home and half way home the engine light came on. I phoned the next day and told them and asked if they were aware of it and they weren’t. They advised me to take it to a local garage to get a engine check. Spent £20 to find out that the DPF filter needed replacing and the dealership knew about it because they’ve tried to cover their tracks and delete the information from the system. I was told that all they did was put in a cleaning solution which needs topping up every 200 miles. The job itself would cost £800. I phoned the dealership back up and explained and they denied all acknowledge and refused to fix it as the car is too old (56 plate) but would just out in ANOTHER cleaning solution. Basically admitted that they knew about it. They then told me to bring it back but to phone them before I arrive. I turned up the following day with the car without phoning first. Because I know that they would’ve closed up knowing that I was on my way and I wasn’t going to let that happen. They refunded me as well as the £20 from the garage which they weren’t too happy about but it shouldn’t of happened in the first place. I showed them the report and they didn’t seem to care and they kept asking how the car felt overall. *whilst I still had the car my friend phoned them up and asked if the exact car was still available and they told her that it was in the garage but would be available to purchase by end of week. Funny how the car was on MY driveway* No surprise to have seen the car back on autotrader 1 week later. I’m writing as many reviews as possible for this car because I don’t want someone else paying £1295 for the car then later finding out that they need to pay £800 for the DPF filter.
What can i say that hasn't already been said?!? A good friend of mine purchased a car from here and within 2 weeks it's been back for a new tyre, bear in mind it came with a "fresh 12 MOT" but the tyre was illegal. The wheel bearing has also been replaced but with the horrible sounds it makes there was also a squeak which hasn't gone away. The car was taken back to the garage but after been told "It's your fault for hard braking" the garage didn't want to take anymore responsibility for the car which has now escalated to Trading Standards being involved after being told flat out you will NOT be getting a REFUND! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a dealership who's main focus is to take your money and whatever problems the vehicle has you've bought them too! I would like to think someone at Cleckheaton Motor sales reads these and revaluates their customer service because 1 star reviews and the intervention of Trading Standards isn't the best practice to run a business!

Part ex my car against a 61 plate corsa, and £300 pounds . Got on the motorway had to pull onto the hard shoulder. The gear box was shot. Had to set off in second gear and then into fourth. Text the people who worked there no response. All reviews are the same terrible garage. Avoid like the plague. !!!
I bought a car 26th feb this year , looked beautiful to then getting it home after buying the car Ford Fiesta titanium 1.6 black due to covid we couldnt test drive drive it down the road and found had a broken coil spring !!!!!!! And to then find it had electrical faults, causing very dangerous situations when driving cutting out on the motorway. We phoned the garage they told us to bring it back the next day they gave me courtesy car no petrol ! I then asked the owner to give me a print out of it going into the garage as proof it already needed a new battery!!! We then thought it was best to get a full refund as the car garage was trying to fix the problem the cheapest way! We asked for a refund and the manager was refusing !! Even thou we only had the car 1 day and we was well in our rights !! We mentioned how it was dangerous for my children to be in the car and we felt we didn’t feel the car was right for us anymore due to it having 2 faults already!! He then said don’t talk to me about your children I don’t care!!! I said that is very rude!! He then said your not having a fucking refund!!!!!! And put the phone down I then phoned numerous times and got ignored!!! I then had to drive 50 miles again to the car sales I had to get legal advice because they was not being fair!soon as I did they gave me a refund!! None should have to go through this !!! Stay away botched cars!! All they do is touch them up spray the alloys so they look nice but they have faults inside the engine!!! Con men
This is probably the worse garage around...stay away...Went to pick up a car we bought i insured the vehicle went to tax it couldn't, the y had FORGOT to MOT the car.So they gave me a courtesy car with NO FUEL in it so I could come back a week later to collect it. After arriving there its organised chaos finally got someone to get the car for me looked on mot the car was to DANGEROUS to drive before the mot has the front discs and pads were not existint and the was welding to be done as well it was adeath trap I had my 5 year old daughter with me when I originally went. The car needed a front tyre there was wire hanging out the tyre just gave me £30 and basically sort it your self so I had to drive over an hour down the m1 with a tyre that wasn't passable at all but who wants to go back to a company that does really give a s××t.money in the till thats what it its a bout I'd call it it Cleckheaton cowboy cows sales!!!just stay away shambolic
