From start to finish Kirk at Clements has been very helpful and friendly with our purchase of a used VW Golf. Although we were down in Cornwall he was helpful in arranging delivery to us at a reasonable cost and provided answers to all the questions we had. The team at Clements Automotive have delivered a really outstanding service (during the pandemic also). I went to the showroom after speaking with Stephen regarding the sale of my car, I was reassured of how my car would be marketed and a rough time frame it could be sold in. Before the pandemic broke out, I spoke regularly with Kirk and Elizabeth updating me on the progress, which all was positive and a buyer for the car was found within the time frame we discussed.
