I have driven company cars for the last 35 years hence buying a car filled me with trepidation How wrong was I I found the whole experience of buying my car at Clements cars totally satisfying and pleasurable the owners were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and accommodating there was no hard sell or pressure and I would recommend this business without reservation

I don't normally leave reviews but having seen the past review felt compelled to write. The lady cleaning the cars is indeed the owners daughter who is also a very professional sales girl with extensive knowledge in the industry. I bought a £23k merc and it was clean runs fine and I found the service very professional. There are also mechanics at the car sales lot who are on hand to help so to say nobody was there is a complete fabrication of the facts. Overall I traded my navara in and the transaction went very smooth and overall found them very professional.

Clements Quality Cars Ltd had a Maseratti 3200 for sale and made an appointment to view but on arrival was told by a young lady cleaning another car that he had gone out. I think you will agree this was not a good start for a possible £12K sale, plus it was immediately noticed the screen price was £500.00 more than the advertised web price. Examined car in dealers absence and discovered the rear exhaust boxes were missing and bypassed by 2 custom made straight through pipes and at £800.00 a pair for the correct replacements these aren't cheap to replace. Wheels were non OEM 19" ones and the spokes stuck way out of the arches front and rear with tyres down to around 3mm so there's another £1K to spend. Vehicle was presented in a dirty condition with an unwashed body and filthy alloy wheels, interior was only viewed through the windows and looked reasonable. We walked away before the dealer had arrived, fortunately the car was local so didn't waste too much time but would have been very disappointed if had traveled a long way.
