My husband and i have purchased 2 cars over the last 5 years from Cleveden Cars with trade in of both our older cars, we had bought a volkswagen jetta and an audi A4, both received friendly, helpful, service and have not had any problems with our vehicles, just the normal wear and tear with tyres and brake pads etc and the year of the cars 2008 and currently still have them both. So therefore we haven't experienced problems like the other review by John.

I have now been over 4 months without my car. When i bought my car it was sold with a warranty. I asked 4 times for Dominic to fix a simple electrical fault, cheap fix. He did not do this, and because of this the turbo then broke a month after i purchased the car. I have been fighting with him, the lawyers, and my credit card company for the past 4 months to get this issue fixed and he is still refusing to do anything even though he is legally obligated to. I have received threatening and abusive phone calls and harassment late at night when he was drunk. I have had to put up with this kind of treatment for 4 months. I have received contact from 2 other people who have had similar dealings with this man. I recommend not to give your money to this man or you will regret it.
