Nothing but problems with the car which has cost time and money to resolve. The garage have almost treated the issue with contempt, stating 'its your car now not ours so take responsibility for it'. Be very cautious indeed.

Bought a Corsa in November 2019. It's caused nothing but problems ever since. The air con doesn't work and still doesn't work due to a collapsed condenser which wasn't pointed out at the time. The fan speeds didn't work on settings 1, 2 or 3 (only on full speed setting 4). I had to get a new resistor to get this fixed. The fan direction dial was knackered and wouldn't turn properly. I guess some of the cabling was twisted? To top it off, I've just had to spend £550 fixing a split exhaust. You should have known about the issues before you bought it I hear you cry. I'm not a car expert and I'm not a car buying expert. I took it for a quick drive and it drove okay at the time. I didn't check every dial and knob. I shouldn't have to anyway. And then this final problem with it is the final nail in the coffin. I've spent nearly 40% of the initial asking price on repairs. I'm getting rid. I did mention some of the problems a few months after buying it and I was fobbed off and told that I didn't get the right warranty from them or something. Great service, not....

So 1 year later you review a car sale for a car which was £995 ? Without ever contacting the dealer, shocking to say the least, looking at the alleged problems there are simple fixes which the garage could off and would off rectified, shocking review

Thanks for the review 12 months after buying a vehicle , we have had no contact no phone calls nothing from yourself about any problems with the said car ? We can't even locate the actual sale so how are we supposed to help (I hear ypu cry ) maybe call us when ypu had the fault
Bought a Toyota Yaris from Cleveland Car Centre in Sept last year, within 4months the clutch went, told no cover on a clutch he wanted 500 for a replacement, I phoned my car finance company, they rang him, he agreed to pay half, I had no choice but to agree, that was in march, the clutch has gone again I went back to see if it had any warranty on the clutch replacement he claimed no, so I have found a garage to fit another new on for £315. I will never go back a terrible experience and expense

in responce to this review lets put a few things into perspective, you had the car nearly 6 months before any problems whatsoever, when you brought the car back we refused due to the condition and state off your car due to total neglect etc we ourselves contacted the finance company who agreed to help you out and paid for a clutch,,,,,4 months later you came back again with a slipping clutch ? driver neglect , when you purchase a car on finance part off the agreement is to look after that car, looking at the car on both occasions you did none off this, how can you expect people to pay for your neglect ?
Purchased my car from Cleveland Car Centre on 19/11/18. Car broke down on 15/02/19. Phones the garage informed them the car had a suspected ECU fault. Told to Fcuk off and not interested , wouldn’t even entertain me , then when I informed them of my rights told they have better lawyers than me. Utter rubbish customer service , will never buy from this company again & put off as many friends and family as possible should they need a new car.

Thanks for your review.....sadly it's totally untrue we have been trading for over 20 years and never ever used language like that.you had a suspected fault and we tried to help you out but sadly you replied saying that you would slate us on social media which you have done ....like I said we offered to help and you declined

thanks for review. sadly as you well know this is absolute lies from start to finish, we have been trading over 20 years now and never ever would use this language to anyone !!! i find this highly offensive to even suggest this would happen, thankfully our many customers know this is simply not true

i find this review laughable, firstly you had the car remapped to within a inch off its life, and then you expect the garage to pay when it goes wrong ? also we have been trading for 30 years and do not use language which you suggested
Bought van from Cleveland Car Centre 5 months ago, and thought I'd leave it a while before I give a review.and just like too say its been brilliant drives like new even though its 2011. Great service too. Defo come back.
