Car was obviously not checked by Cliff Motor Company before sale had faults on demonstration and was told he was doing me a favour to correct them. Rear estate cover was missing and was told it was in the office but on collection it was fitted but was damaged. I was told not to worry as the car came with a warranty but on inspection I found other faults and when I contacted them he didn't want to know. If you want to use them have a decent test drive, make sure you get the car checked over and don't pay until any faults are remedied.

Terrible was most of the way to them from South wales before discovering the vehicle with finance arranged on it had been sold! Not even a courtesy phonecall. Horrific service from Cliff Motor Company.

I drove 108 miles to Cliff Motor Company to look at a vehicle, arrived 10 minutes prior to opening to be told that the garage owner had gone out and wouldn't be back for 1.5 hrs, rang him direct and was told I could wait as he was BUSY delivering a car, knowing very well In was coming up. Stay away from Jokers like This.

I'd STAY AWAY from Cliff Motors from High Wycombe (HP15 6LJ) and Chesham (HP5 1PW). They stopped answering our phones once they were informed that a serious fault of an engine was discovered 2 weeks after the transaction for my car worth £6000, NO WAY to execute our warranty or reject the car within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. WOULD NOT do any business with Cliff Motor!

I am very satisfied with my dealings with Cliff Motor Company, no pressure selling, very pleased with the car it was cleaned inside and out, our small problem was boot inside cover was missing and they are sorting that out, and that in my book is very good, I am delighted with my V W Golf Plus.

Cliff Motor Company stopped answering our phones and registered post once they were informed that a serious fault of an engine (cost of repair £1500) was discovered 2 weeks after the transaction for my car worth £6000. We had NO WAY to execute our warranty or reject the car within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They sold us a FAULTY CAR as READY TO GO!
