Avoid Avoid WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE! Guys please read feedbacks first before you buy any car from clubway motors Peterborough ! We bought a car from them without reading feedbacks, after few days engine light illuminated and also oil leaking so I contacted them and said there is issues with the car they started to blame me for everything that I done something to the car (after few days lol) I said u sold me a faulty car!!! They kept saying its my fault and you bought this car so it's you problem fix it yourself.They become very abusive towards me and didn't want to know anything so Guys read feedbacks first AND AVOID THEM 200%YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A ANIMAL!!! I would need 2h to write my story. If you have similar problems contact Citizen advice bureau and open case against them make sure you take them to the court!!!!

These people ripped off my 18 year old son, he paid them £2981.00 for a used car. On the day of purchase as soon as he hit the motorway the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the vehicle started misfiring. He returned the car the next day, and was promised a refund upon their mechanic confirming the fault. They didn't keep to their promise, but instead shouted and swore at us, it wasn't until we took them to Court the owner refunded my son. Unprofessional, unpleasant, jack the lads who think that they can get a one up on people and flout the Law.

I bought a car from this guys cash down, a month after car started developing a fault, asked me to bring the car back to fix, car sat in their yard for 2 weeks, no work done, now a year after car has packed up, same fault, I have not enjoy the car one bit

Bought car which broke down immediately. Dealer refused to take responsibility and was abusive. I had to issue a claim through courts and it took 6 months, a huge amount of time, irritation and costs to get them to obey the law and take the car back.

This people avoid them they are rude and my friend went there I was with him to buy a vehicle they was advertising on auto trader that has no issues, when we get there the vehicle was not in working order after my friend paid the deposit and the finance company paid the rest , they then say they will fix and send it to him but they never did and also refused to refund his money

I saw a van on auto trader and I called them and been told that they will pass me to the finance company and they did , at that stage they was acting very nice just to pull me in, then after I accepted the deal I had nissan qashqai as px they offer me half of the price that I paid a week before, as we going through the process I asked them that I will sell my car privately as I been offered much more and I will pay the deposit in cash , they agreed 👍 then I went there to pick up my van thar I never had test drive due that it was stuck in the middle of the yard , I then paid and as I went out with the van I went to the petrol station and filled up the van as it was totally empty 100£ petrol, I noticed very loud noise coming from the engine that was only 5 min after I took the van I then went back to them and they start act very rude and said that I have to leave the van to get checked!!! I Don't understand how can they sell I car or van that is has issues, then I said how would I go home now as I sold my car and I already paid u for this van , they offed me a car to use until they sort the van , I accepted, number 1 they never insured me in this car so they lie to me saying that is fine and is insured, then as I drive home I noticed the fan in the engine was going loud and there was massive leak inside the car and the car start overheating omg it became very dangerous now I then called they start shout and hung up on me I don't understand how can this be in business I then as I arrived home ny friend mechanic say to me not to drive the car is not safe , I called them to ask when my van will be fixed and delivered as I now parked this car and I have nothing to use, they say the van have big issues and they don't know when will be fixed and they will cancel the deal!!! I said that's no problem but please do refund me my deposit and arrange for the car to be picked up, they say no I have to return the car to them in order to get my refund deposit!!! How can I drive the car if is not safe to drive they hung up on me I will take them to the small claim court

Horrible experience, I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this company and would advise you to stay away. Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. Brought a car from this company, only owned the car for a month and half of the time it’s been in a garage with a long and expensive list of faults and repairs that need doing. Absolutely terrible customer service to the point of being shouted down on the phone and sworn at constantly despite myself being polite and wanting a quick solution. Throughout all these unfriendly calls it felt like they were just delaying sorting out the issues. Despite having a national warranty, they wanted the car to be fixed up in Peterborough even with the car being unroadworthy and being over 3 hours away to eventually be sworn and shouted at again and told to sort it out myself. Terrible service, do not buy from this place and they will try and bully you through the phone.
