Everyone at CMC went the extra mile yesterday. Had a recall for a part on the car that was causing some distress, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. Special thank you to the mechanic who spoke to his manager for us and to the lovely lady in reception. Regards Cliff
Booked my car in for a service with cmc harlow on booking I was asked if I would like to wait for the car as it was its first service and shouldn’t take long I agreed and took the car in at 8.45 and was the told the car would be ready at 12.30 so I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for my car if I was told this on booking I would have requested a courtesy vehicle or made other arrangements and booked the car in on a day that I was not so busy also when I explained this to the garage they were not very accommodating very poor customer service

Left the car in the morning a d returned home In their loan car. Updated during the day via video of the service and health check. Brilliant service as usual from this excellent company.
I was always told if you have nothing nice to say don’t say it however I have tried every avenue for someone to fix or replace my car. My car has been faulty for years to the point I am hesitant to use it. I have been told it is fixed again and again and it’s not. A brand new seat failed its first MOT with 400 miles on it the windscreen is faulty and it literally rains in side when it heats up, the keys don’t unlock the car and sometimes won’t start it. I went there for a new car and was given a filthy car to test drive tuna sandwich, scotch eggs and dirt everywhere it smelt and felt horrible to sit in around all the mess. Couldn’t look inside showroom car as they lost the keys, was promised what ever it took to sell me the car but they never followed through with the promises. It’s nearly 10 months later and I haven’t received the car ordered and was told what do I expect ordering the car I did. All the way through dealing with CMC they have treated me with little respect and by gender to the point they mainly talk to the male and he has to say it her that’s buying it. (As I took a male friend with me) I am still in a situation where my car on order, I’m still waiting for and I’m paying for a car I can’t use properly which they will take back and sell on to someone else that knows nothing about the situation Would definitely not recommend CMC Harlow

My wife and myself had to visit CMC Harlow for a software update to our Hyundai Tucson. The reception we got was extremely welcoming and Ocean is very good at her job and kept us informed all the time. We would recommend CMC Harlow every time 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
