Well I’m not one for leaving reviews but needed to say I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CMC Harlow. Staff where helpful/persuasive of course. I was feeling hesitant on making this purchase as the car had higher mileage than I wanted. An agreement was offered to help persuade the purchase, of a free service and paint protection. Having paint protection on my previous car we know the difference it makes to keeping the car clean. This was not applied!! CMC Harlow obviously think their customers are stupid!. This has totally changed my opinion of CMC Harlow, needless to say I will not be purchasing from CMC Harlow again.

Just Purchased a New Hyundai Kona Premium allElectric Car from CMC Harlow The Sales Person Ian Hardcastle gave me 5 Star Service I new it was on a protracted delivery he kept me updated from the day of order until it arrived and was so helpful with getting me started showing me all the functions for operation

I was suprised at how helpful their sales Advisor Lee Twomey was he handed over my new hybred car and explained all the functions also he was very helpful when l first visited the showroom and informed me when everthing was signed sealed and delivered I thank Him for all he has done

I have been dealing with this dealership in Harlow I have purchased many cars from them I only normally use Ian Hardcastle for my dealings and I would like to give him 10/10 for the help he has given me if I had known about this I would give him more., Thank You Paul and Lynda Castle.
