For the second time I have used CMC Harlow to buy my Ateca and I am not at all an easy man to please, so I have no hesitation to give the maximum 5 Stars, both to the great way that I was treated as a customer and now hopefully a friend. Paul Vella is a total asset of this company by the way he treats customers . I had no feelings of pressure when buying my vehicle as other companies that I have dealt with in the past, most dealers just want your money and sometimes don't give you time to think properly about the deal. Paul & his manager go the extra mile and don't push you into a deal that you might regret. If 6 stars were available I would be happy to give it to them.

I first visited CMC in Harlow 3 & a bit years ago because I was keen on leasing a hybrid vehicle through the Motability scheme. I was dealt with in a professional way but also with kindness. I acquired an Hyundai Ioniq which served me well. So much so that I came back this year & acquired another, this time in a different colour. I have found their sales staff very obliging & go the extra mile for their customers. The service side is equally adept at what they do & go out of their way to help you. All together a first class organisation, which I have no hesitation in recommending.

3 weeks ago my mothers car started a fault where it would not pull away and then eventually cut out. She was told by the garage to call AA as They was covered then bring the car in with the fault sheet supplied by the AA as my car was booked in for a few days time on a recall. She did exactly as they said and collected the car from Hyundai on the first visit and was told everything was ok with the car and not showing any faults now. She drove out of the garage and managed 0.5 miles before the car did exactly the same and the engine light came on. Rang Hyundai and booked car back in a couple of days later. Hyundai called and said car was fixed so went and collected car again. This time drove 0.6 Miles and the car did exactly the same but cut out on a main junction which then caused a lorry to take evasive action to miss her by inches. This became all to much for her and She collapsed at the side of the road. The reason for this is I’m registered disabled and terminally ill with cancer so you can imagine this whole episode was very draining for her. I have now taken the car back for the 3rd time and my mother is still without a car 2-3 weeks later. Also each time We have visited the garage the only disabled spot has been taken by a brand new Hyundai car from the garage and no blue badge which then means My mother has to park further away from the entrance. I’m disgusted by the service from the Garage and they have put my mother under so much stress and risked her life by releasing my car in a unsafe condition. My mother is now relying on lifts and taxis to take her to hospital 3 times a week for appointments as She is now without a car

Thanks to Marco at CMC Hyundai in Harlow, he was extremely kind to us and very caring. My Husband has recently suffered from a stroke and is now unable to drive, so we needed a new car that I was able to drive instead. I have never had an automatic, but this was the best option for us both. Marco took the time to talk me through the functions of the car, all the controls inside and gave me great advice and help on how to drive the automatic, he was very detailed in his explanations. Marco was so thoughtful and caring, I can't thank him enough. We love the new car, and are very happy with the personalised and caring service provided.
