I found cmc online and contacted to view a car, when I arrived Andy was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. This was my first car and they explained everything to me. They provided a full new MOT and service for my car, they offered to deliver and were not pushy about payment and allowed me time to look around the car, there was a slight problem with wetness in the boot but when I picked it up it was all sorted and they reassured me it was fixed.

I bought a minicooper from this company and Andy the salesman was very helpfull and all went smoothly . I part exchanged my Fiesta and was pleased with the amount i was offered,

Was looking for my first car at a good price. CMC had lots to choose from and ended up buying a Fiesta. Friendly staff and an easy transaction. Would highly recommended anyone looking for a first time car.

Tom was very understanding when I couldn't make the arranged date to view a car. He refunded my deposit immediately. Great priced cars! I would look on the CMC Motor Company website before others!

Avoid this company. Full of false promises. As part of the purchase deal the salesman promised a new timing belt. Then we had a phone call from him saying that he had checked with the owner and they would not honour the promise. We said we wanted to cancel the purchase and wanted our deposit back. We waited two weeks for a cheque that never arrived and after phoning they said that we were supposed to go down and collect it or had the deposit put back on our card, which we were not told at the time. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Poor customer service. Spoke on the phone as we were interested in a car in particular, he discussed costs, gave us a price for our car to part ex, we said we would come down to the garage and within 30 mins whilst on our way he sold the car to someone else, on Christmas Eve when he was apparently closed and asked for us to come as quickly as possible as he needed to get away, which we did. Will not use this place again and will definitely not recommend- they are clearly only interested in a sale rather than any sort of customer service which goes a long way in my experience.

My daughter was looking for her first car with a modest budget and found just what she was looking for at CMC. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the car was exactly as described. The price was reasonable and included a 3 month warranty.
