After a few months of searching for my first bike, I decided to buy from these guys , I bought online without viewing in person, I asked a few questions and also for a video of the bike , asking for honesty and to point out any damage or marks on the bike, within a 10 mins the personalised video was sent through, with the very minor stone chips highlighted and honest comments about the bike. I decided to take the plunge .the bike was delivered (free) on time and I wasn't disappointed and was just as described with the added bonus of the warranty for life it makes sense to go to these guys- certainly if new to biking. cant recommend CMC enough and if and when the time comes for a change I'll certainly looking their first.
