Picked up my new Seat Arona yesterday. I'm very happy with the car and with the customer service provided by Freddie. He took me through the essentials and helped me with setting up my logins and android auto for the car. Excellent service and very happy with the car itself.

The sales service here was excellent. However, my car now has developed a fault that has serious safety implications. It is under warranty but I've been told that the part cannot be imported due to the war in Ukraine. When I asked what can be done to rectify the problem, I was told that the dealer will do nothing to help and I will have to drive an unsafe car until the war ends. My suggestions were.!. Take the part of of one of your courtesy cars and put it in my car.2. Provide a replacement car until the part becomes available.3. Provide a refund.The branch manager asked if this would happen if my washing machine went wrong. I told him it would. He then said there was nothing he would do. Think very hard before handing over tens of thousands of pounds to this dealership. I wish I did.
