On July 5th 2023 I bought a March 2022 registered vauxhall crossland from Harri Singh at CMS. The car had just over 3700 miles on it when purchased, I since found out it was SORNed in August 2022. The car has an intermittent electrical fault on the instrument cluster & CMS will not do anything about it because no fault code shows. James Pollock on the service desk simply dismissed contacting Vauxhall saying they don't get paid if no fault code is present. I find this very difficult to believe. I'm currently looking into taking legal action. Vauxhall Customer service don't return calls & hide behind the telephone.

Terrible customer service. Bought a car from here 3 months ago. 2 months ago the inside trim kept falling off. I rang up told them they said to send photos a month later nothing was done. 1 month ago I got a puncher I went to get it repaired. There was no locking wheel nut in the car. After ringing and ringing couldn't finding it. They said it will be in a box. Or in a bag. No where to be seen finally found the locking wheel nut under the speaker in the back. But then I found out the locking wheel nut doesn't fit the car. They told me to sort it out for my self. It wasn't there problem. I said I have only just bought the car from you it is your problem. They told me to get break down or something. I said I want to speak to a manager. I said let's start fresh. Forget about the month waiting for the trim. And fixing my other problems start fresh from today. I want everything fixed within 28 days. Or I will return the car. They told me to book it in with a local garage. After trying this first garage and they said I would need a specialist who takes off locking wheel nuts. But they claim to say they will be able to do it. Its easy. Now I was told to book it in with a local vauxhall. They said the same thing I will need a specialist. I was on the phone to them all of Friday. Getting no where. I said I am coming down tomorrow. With the car fixed or a refund. I have returned to the garage. I was never welcomed. They thought I was someone else picking up a car. Passing me form. I said I think you have the wrong person. I have taken a photo off the wheel and will give a update in the future if they have made more damage. Update. They fixed the car but now damage the wheel. Refunded my fuel 2 weeks later. Now I've drove back another 6 hour drive. And they have given me a car to borrow. With no fuel in. Excepting me to pay for fuel. Also its a corsa. And I have a grandland x ultimate. So they expect me to have a dog a baby a family in a corsa. At least I got offered a drink this time. Update 1 week later. They called me saying the tyre isn't repairable. The puncture is on the wall off the tyre. I said no it isn't. It is on the thread. He went away. Came back and said yes its on the tread. I said so is it repairable. He said no. I said how do you know when you haven't even looked. You said it was on the wall. Now it's not. Doesn't make me feel very convinced. When I left the car. I was told they would fix the puncture or replace the tyre. Now they aren't doing either. I rang up the garage across the road for them to fix the tyre. And vauxhall said they would drop the car off Wednesday/Thursday. I've got another phone call Friday. Saying can you get them to pick the car up. I said you told me you would drop it off. Now there not. The whole process of buying a car from this company is a bad idea. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE

Don’t be pushed into buying they really don’t care about you. Any faults found will be charged even just to look at the car. Not worth risking even if you think the car looks great.
I thought the staff here were always helpful, I had a couple of little issues after I had taken the car away and they fixed it with absolutely problems or questions. I would recommend this dealership I think they were very fair
