Do not buy from here!!! Just spent £900 on a clio to drive it home and so much is wrong with it. Slides me all over the road service light, leaks. Gaitor and linkages. So much repair to be done. Will be taking this further to the police for false advertisement and pretty much a death trap.

After leaving this review, and sadly can't remove it..I am pleased to say the garage have been extremely kind and helped me in every way possible..even if the fault wasn't theirs they've been super help, thankyou.
Purchased a audi a3 within first week found to have starting issues. Contacted c09 who couldnt have been more helpful, rang a rac approved garage for me to take it to. rac quibbling on warranty and refused to pay for the new part . c09 rang garage and have authorised repair and they will pay the bill . they have been polite and friendly and kept me informed. They couldnt have been more helpful. I would highly recommend them and i would buy from them again.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a van, next day wouldn't start, engine was pouring with oil, I am now paying for a engine conversion!

Hi, I don't remember selling a van to you but had you contacted me to let me know of the issue the day after you bought it you were entitled to have it fixed in full or receive a refund. I don't believe you contacted me to advise me of this issue and therefore it isn't fair you have left this review. We do cover all our cars and don't normally sell vans, the only ones we do sell are all covered under the warranty and checked. We don't know who this reviewer is.
I bought a mini recently from here, it was as described in the advert, very clean and I've not had any problems with it. The sales person was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely suggest using this company for an easy purchasing experience.
I bought a Ford Focus 2008 in May 2015 CO9 West Car Sales and its been a brillant car. I left it this long before leaving my review to make sure the car was right. I'm very happy with it.
I bought a 2004, VW Golf in January (2015) and I cannot fault either the car or the dealer! He was incredibly helpful, very reasonable with the price and I would, without a doubt recommended CO9 west car sales!!! Very happy customer! :)
Payed £4650 for a car which broke down the following day, on inspection from local garage car had many faults (not road worthy), car went back to dealer as we requested a refund which by law we are intitled to! 5 weeks on we still have no money back and have been left with no car which is hard having two young children! Please avoid C09 west car sales as this is our worst experience ever buying a car!!!
