I have to say that the service from this dealership is an absolute joke - we had to replace our car urgently and cleared all savings and ever the overdraft to be sold a car that was not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality. We had to take this car to a different VW garage for them to highlight numerous problems like faulty brakes, Aircon not working, The car unlocking and opening all the windows so the interior is now stained. There was even a pipe that was split and needed to be replaced. I have had most things sorted but there has been no apology or acknowledgment on their side of the poor service and despite asking for a review of why a vehicle was sold that didn't meet the VW used approved vehicle standards I have still not had anything back from them. Honestly they are either very rude and stupid or they have the arrogance to believe as a main dealer they can do no wrong. I recently found out from a work colleague that they had a similar problem so I would avoid this one
