Travelled over 200 miles to buy a car from Colchester Carriage Company after I had left a deposit over the phone. The car was better than described, they are even more critical than me !! Absolutely delighted with the service. I had read a lot of reviews on AutoTrader as well as online and they are exactly as described. Very professional yet very personable. I have already recommended them to my work colleague who is going down this weekend.
I bought a car from here in August. It has since had to go back for a couple of things that the dealers have been very unhelpful with. The car was an OK price but the service was sub standard. I wouldn't recommend them.

I am happy with my Mercedes from this dealership. I purchased it in August and up to now i have had no issues with it at all. it was clean and in really good condition and it was a very good price. I would recommend this dealership.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. I bought a Land Rover form this dealership back in June. The car was in immaculate condition when they handed it over to me and I have had no issues with it at all since. The price was a little high but I am really happy with the car, I would recommend this dealership.

Absolutely excellent service using this company, the staff are especially friendly and helpful. They even waited after closing time for me to go and collect my car. Would recommend to anyone. Laurie at the dealership a complete sweetheart.
