Coleraine Trade Sales are terrible. Five hours wasted driving there and back to see a car that was obviously hit. Be honest when people phone and ask about the condition of the car!!!!!! You can't hide behind the hpi checked excuse, as many cars do not have the damage recorded and any I don't believe for a second that a car dealer is unaware of any damaged cars on his lot. As evident from previous review, this is not the first time this outfit has sold a damaged repaired car. Don't be fooled by the photos. This is no more that a farmers yard being used to sell cars from.

Hi Paul T Sorry to hear you had a disappointing visit to our site. Unfortunately no one recalls a telephone conversation with yourself regarding the vehicle you viewed however a vehicle ( 7 years + ) like this one with 100k + miles may require some cosmetic refurbishment and the vehicle you viewed needed this on the bumper ( but bumper only) . regards Coleraine trade sales
I recently bought an Audi A6 from Coleraine Trade sales. Found James to be very pleasant and helpful. The drivers door lock was found to be faulty and James sorted it without any quibbling. Recently a few other small issues have arisen and on phoning James nothing was a problem to sort .Would recommend this company, if looking for used car, as their after sales care is excellent. I bought a 2007 Mercedes E320 Cdi from Coleraine Trade Sales back in October. The salesman was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and let me out for a couple of test drives, once by myself and once with my Mrs to get the ok lol. The car was extremely well valeted and you could see they take pride in the cars they sell. Two months later the car had a couple of mechanical problems and they were fixed under the warranty without any problems. Thank you - it is much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealer and will get my next car from them.

I purchased a car from James earlier in the year and was so happy with his knowledge and service that when my sister was looking a car a couple of months ago I took her out to see james and she also bought a car.
