Good comms and exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately due to circumstances (my fault) didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle. Despite money being spend on the car Simon was quick to refund my deposit.

Simon was amazing at calming my nerves and offered me lots of reassurance, guidance and support throughout the whole process of buying my dream car. He was fair, honest and totally understanding. From start to finish I can't fault the effort from Simon. Found the car on eBay on the Friday. Everything was sorted on the Saturday picked it up on the following Thursday evening. Fantastic service can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future.

Amazing service, I viewed a Freelander In Woodbridge with Simon, loved the car, Simon had everything that needed doing to the Freelander carried out prior to purchase, in the mean time he leant me a Range Rover. When I purchased the freelander it was perfect! Great service.
I bought a Land Rover over the phone based on the previous reviews. Thank you for those, they are all true, Simon is terrific to deal with, very straightforward and goes the extra to deliver complete customer satisfaction. I’m very grateful and feel lucky to have chanced upon Coletrader.

I purchased a Land Rover from Simon and from day 1 of contacting him he goes above and beyond too ensure his customers are happy. My car had a problem but Simon travelled over 200 miles too collect it,brought a lovely courtesy car and repaired and delivered my car back. Completely restored my faith in human beings. Purchased a BMW off Simon May 2020. Simon delivered over 2 hours away. The car was as described. Simon even put fuel in as tank was empty. No issues and the car is perfect. Would recommend. Cannot fault the service and product. The extra mile and caring attitude made this transaction a pleasure.
