I bought a car from Colin Ludwell cars only 5 months ago and they were very friendly at the time. As the weather has been amazing for the last few months, I didn't know that the driver's door seal was broken. Now that it has rained and the driver footwell is flooded, it is evident that the seal needs replacing. Even though I paid £799 for an "extended warranty", Colin Ludwell claim that this fault is 'wear and tear' and is not covered. I've had the car for 5 months and it's not even done 500 miles! How can it possibly be wear and tear? AVOID THEM!

My daughter purchased her first car from Colin Ludwell Cars, the service and after sales was excellent and she is very pleased with the car.
My husband and I was looking for a bmw 3 series, We found a few cars we liked but I looked at reviews of the garages before making our descion. I read the reviews about colin ludwell cars Bristol. And Im so glad we found them. Finance was organised by them with a 3 year warranty. We couldn't be happier also Nick phoned us on Sunday to see if everything was ok. I wouldn't go elsewhere now and we live in the Midlands, so thank you Nick from one very happy customer.
I am really pleased with my Mercedes from Colin Ludwell. I have had it for a few months now and I have had no issues. It was a good price and the dealers have been very helpful through out the whole process. I do not have a bad word to say.

Colin Ludwell Cars were fantastic. They were so easy to deal with and made us feel welcome, they let us browse the cars in our own time, we had 2 cars we were choosing between and even thought there was a price difference they didn't try to push us towards the dearer one, I've recommended them to two of my friends already and I will definitely be going back again for my next car.
