Travelling 5 hours on a train to pick up a 17k van And clearly the van was not as advertised regarding service and the back of the van fully dripping wet on roof and green/grey mould within the van in the ply lining..... and not just small area so the van had not gone though your 99 check point and professional valet detailing team on site what a joke… so asked for refund make they said in shop no problem d seeing a long return trip back on the train again but next day after 3 css as llano from me they have refused to refund my £200 deposit… what a joke they are….

I visited Colne Commercials with my wife and young child in tow and it was my wife who encouraged me to leave a review as she was so impressed with how friendly the staff were and how well they engaged with us as a family, not just me as the potential customer. I had seen a couple of vehicles that I liked the look of and Bill was very helpful in pointing out the benefits of one over the other in terms of suitability. Ended up driving my new van away the same day with finance sorted and a chocolate bar for my boy.

I bought a 3 year old van from Colne Commercials, not only was it a very clean and professional set up, the price I paid was good and on collection the way it was cleaned and prepared was so much better than the Citroen dealers I had been to. I never leave a review and have actually read some of the reviews and find some of them very hard to believe. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Colne Commercials over the years both cars and vans. I have always find their prices competitive and they have always done me a fair deal. The office is always buzzing and the staff are friendly.

Im so happy with my Vito van from Colne Commercials, They had sold the vehicle I had been interested in but asked me what my preferrences where and managed to source one with lower mileage. The following week I had a call to say they had one in and I took it home that day. If they don't have a particular vehicle you're looking for on the forecourt they can sometimes get them in so worth a visit. They did me a fair deal on my exsisting vehicle. The guys there were incredibly helpful.

Prompt service and well looked after sales as Fords were not playing ball with some warranty work Simon at the garage booked it for me and got them to extend the manufacturers warranty for free.

Colne Commercials sold me a faulty van and then refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy! Very rude, unprofessional staff and they will make you feel stupid for asking why your car or van doesn't work properly!
