I purchased a Mercedes night edition estate from 'Comfort wavs'.. had a ' EML' (engine management light) come on during journey home. Spoke to Bob & he said he'd take care of it... brought courtesy car from shefford to Heathrow ..car was returned to Mercedes all done under warranty... problem sorted.. I would highly recommend this company for both sales and aftersales. I purchased a used Ford WAV from them between Xmas and New year and was given superb service from Steve. I has a small problem with the car and this is where you find how good a company is. They dealt with it very quickly and supplied a courtesy car whilst the work was carried out.
