Just thought I’d share my experience as I saw bad reviews on here, The man was very helpful and knowledgeable showing me round the variety of cars they have to offer, even though They didn’t have what I wanted, I would highly recommend this garage, they have a great variety of cars and great customer service 👍

Brian was great to deal with and arranged for car to be delivered quickly. Car was exactly as described. He put 2 new tyres on as he felt they were needed. Can not fault service!

I recently bought a Mini Cooper S from Brian at Company Cars Direct/Motor Zone. I paid a fair price for the car which seems to be in excellent condition. I was unlucky as the engine management light came on after a few days of ownership. This was due to a failing fuel pump. This is a known issue on this car and Brian bent over backwards to help me resolve the issue and even found a company local to me who would carry out the repair which didnt cost me a penny. I was surprised to see the negative reviews and felt I should share my experience as it has been very positive and unfortunately people dont always shout about it when things go right. Thanks Brian for being straight up and making sure everything was right

Company Cars Direct will abandon you after you buy, cars full of issues and no one willing to help. Illegal spare tire, faulty ball joints, central locking doesn't work, break calipers broke and after all that the hand brake stopped working after a month. Terrible after sale service.
rude, with no manners who sell vehicles which are just not fit for purpose!! Biggest mistake I ever made buying from them, Vehicle lasted less than a year
Bought a vehicle, nothing but problems since week 1, now cylinder head has gone about 6 grand down. Disgusting, only getting 1 star because you can’t give less
Bought a vehicle from the which constantly breaks down, Company Cars Direct repaired it several times, but still not right and they don’t care. Do not buy from them. Only giving them 1 star as it won’t let you leave it blank.
