Requested to view when mot was completed but was eagerly persuaded (after I refused twice) to leave a deposit. Car failed initial mot. Raised red flags for me. But they still kept my deposit...... This company takes deposits on pre mot vehicles, then when issues arise over Mot. They fix them up by doing mot before service so they then know the minimum work required to pass the mot, then pass the liability on to the customer who are now committed to buy or lose £500, as I did. Later found out the car was also overpriced by 3000, which is an instant concumer loss as soon as you dive off the forecourt.... Beware of this company, and the "We're a family run company" narrative that is obviously read from a script. Bullshitters and below standard vehicles

Recently purchased the Suzuki vitara black. First time I have gotten a second hand car that’s 2 hours from me. George at completely motoring was absolutely amazing! Made the process swift and painless, all the pictures and videos were detailed as I couldn’t see it face to face. The queries I had George messaged me back within minutes with a detailed response. Even after I had the car in my possession I wanted to ask a question and he picked up the phone. The car was in MINT condition despite a 2 hour drive on the motorway! Repaired windscreen wipers, windscreen washer, rear mudguard replaced. Car given to me with no petrol. Cost £54.had to get second key cut £100. 3 car insurance sites said car was valued £1600_£2200, I paid more than double that. Absolutely disgusted with this car.

I do not usually leave reviews and certainly not bad ones preferring to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, on this occasion I feel that I have to warn others that if this company make a mistake as they did with the sale of my car, they not only do not accept responsibility but use "bully boy", rude and aggressive tactics. Upon reading some of the less than favourable reviews below, there are similarities particularly in regard to to sales director having to take constant direction from the managing director aka his father. After over an hour of really unpleasant discussions whereby, although finally admitting it was their error, no compromise on solutions were offered. The manager director came into the room and continued with a very unpleasant attitude which only changed when i started recording the conversation. I had been forced to take legal advice prior to the meeting and thank goodness i did. Finally, i would say to be very wary. I am sure if everything goes to plan things may be fine however, if there is any kind of dispute they are very unhelpful and worse still aggressive. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Made welcome from the moment I went in "just to look at a car", no pressure sales techniques or pushy salesman. Sent me off on a test drive with no issues there and then. They gave me a good deal on my car - so much better than We Buy Any Car that's for sure! We are so happy with our new car. Definitely be looking here again when it comes time to change cars next time.

Gave us the best deal for our car. They searched for the car we wanted ,they delivered it to my door. They gave it a full service and 12 months mot.
