These guys take the stress out of car buying. Found a car for my son within days and he was driving away 2 days later. Would recommend, good operators.

I have bought a number of cars from Completely Motoring as have many members of my family, we simply wouldn’t go any where else!! I sold my car back to George in February due to lack of use during lockdown and he made the process so straight forward. My dad bought his Morgan 3 years ago which is now his pride and joy, my brother recently bought a car and my mum is swapping from a company car to purchase a car from Completely Motoring. The process is so seamless and the after sales team are second to none each year I come in for my service and MOT! Can’t recommend enough.

Bought a car of these guys. All was well,paid my deposit. Travelled down to pick the car up and sign the paper work. While looking around the car George then proceeds to tell me it’s had a cambelt change. It’s a cam chain in the car. Also the wheels had been Refurbished. They looked in good condition till I got home. The smart repair paint was peeling of to reveal curbed wheels. Said the car had been Valeted. Also not true as under the mats was loads of dirt. Tbf it was kind of clean but Definitely not valeted. Spoke to previous owner and found out loads of paperwork was missing. Which as been sent to me now. Geroge is now ignoring my calls and emails concerning the wheels even though he said he would get back to me. That was 20 days ago. Also said the car had been serviced but had my oil checked and it wasn’t clear. Definitely needed changing as it was going black

They deserve more stars...bought a 2017 z1000r etely motorbikes 2 years ago,by one son of the family business. and all I can say is they are unbelievable,100% service and so professional and onist,so I went back today to buy a 2017 BMW 3 series. And met the other son of the business and yet again,I'm blown away with how they treated us,thank u so much.... I have purchased over 15 vehicles from the Completely boys and girls in the last decade. They are friendly, honest and without any agenda as none are paid any bonus or commissions as I understand it. I have witnessed the odd,(and I mean odd) person trying to take advantage of their good nature and they amaze me at how cool calm and collected they remain even under pressure. I always have a really fair deal, and the aftersales service is beyond reproach.

In July 2020 I purchased a car from Completely Motoring in Staverton, it was advertised as a one owner car and on that basis I choose it above many others advertised at other dealers at the time. A week later I received the V5 stating that it had TWO previous owners. I contacted the sales chap, who it transpires is both a director and the son - was unable to reply and was told i would have to wait until his father could look into it. He simply wrote to say that it was standard practice and was caused by DVLA’s automated system - what a load of rubbish. Over the years i have owned over one hundred cars and in that time this is the first time I have heard such nonsense. In consequence the matter is now being referred to Gloucestershire Trading Standards.

Great people to deal with, polite, friendly and always offer a realistic trade in value. I have purchased 4 cars from them in the last 10 years or so. Traded in 3 and they sold one on commission for me. Always a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them, I recommend highly.
