This has to be my fourth time going to Concept Car Credit. I trust them a lot and have never had any issues with any car I've purchased from them, or if I had had an issue, they are brilliant at sorting it out right away. This time around, I purchased a VW Golf, and I am really happy with it. I had an issue with the phone charging port, which needed replacing, but I let the guys know, and they ordered the part and had it sorted for me by the end of the week—a very quick process. Very happy, as usual, with the service provided by Concept. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We recently purchased a Peugeot 3008. It is mainly my wife who uses it, and I haven't had/heard any complaints from her, so I assume everything is going great with the car. We had a bad buying experience when purchasing my last car from a different dealership, but the experience at Concept Car Credit has really restored my belief that there are still great dealerships out there. Everyone at the dealership was nice, and there was no hassle at all. We were in and out and had the car the same day. It was cleaned, and everything was done for us. It was just a really good experience for both of us. I will definitely be going back in the future for myself! Thank you to everyone at the dealership.

This was my first time purchasing from Concept Car Credit, and I was so happy with the great level of customer service I received from Kieran. He was friendly, helped me get the best deal, and made sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t find him to be pushy at all. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The car itself is different from what I have had in the past, but I love it. It was a brilliant experience all around. I actually recommended someone who went and bought a car from Concept a week later, and they had the same great experience. So, I highly recommend it to everyone.

This was my second time purchasing from Concept. Guy was super helpful and professional, and the customer service from him was great. The car itself, I am really happy with, and I have had no problems with it. I use it most days, and it's great. I am still getting used to it a little bit, but having had SUVs in the past, I am familiar enough. I do feel like the car could have been cleaned better, as there was still dirt on the sides of the doors, but I am really happy with the car and service. I would recommend it to anyone and will most likely buy from Concept again.

A big thank you to Keeley and the dealership. I had a fantastic experience with Concept. Before I went to the dealership, I was in contact with them all the time. They answered any questions I had, helped me sort everything out, and when they realized I couldn't get down to the dealership, they organized a taxi for me to come view the cars. Once at the dealership, they were very welcoming and again super helpful. I am in love with my new Vauxhall Crossland X hatchback. It is definitely a great car, and I am driving it daily with no issues. I took the car home the same day as I viewed it, and it was spotless. They even did a last check in the garage for me to make sure there were no issues, which was a lovely touch. I really recommend them.

I bought a Toyota Aygo, and I am very happy with the car. I've had no problems with it so far. The dealership itself was nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole process quick and simple. When I picked up the car, it was all ready to go, and overall, the service was great. I'd definitely go back in the future if I were ever thinking about making another purchase, and I recommend them to everyone else looking for a car.

This was our first time buying from Concept, and we did it all remotely, which is a risk, but we are very happy. They are always accessible at any time on WhatsApp, which is great as any questions you may have are answered quickly and efficiently. We did have a small initial issue with a missing wheel component, but that has all been sorted now. On the day of delivery, we received a walk-around video of the car, showing us any issues that needed pointing out. Once it was delivered, it was exactly as shown. I am very pleased with the experience we’ve had, and I would 100% recommend this very trusted dealership.

Really good all-around experience with the dealership.
