Kieran looked after me while I was making my enquiry about the Mercedes and he was perfect. I felt well informed about the car before going ahead with it and he was even able to answer all of my questions. I was quite impressed with his service. I did notice a small crack on the outside of the window, but it's less than 5 mm long but otherwise, the car hasn't had any problems.

Although the furthest I've gone in the Nissan is 50 miles, it's driving well and getting the job done. While applying for finance I thought the process was pretty straightforward, and the staff member that was looking after me was really helpful.

First time using Concept Car Credit and I've been impressed with how everything went. It was only by chance that I saw them advertised on Facebook, so I submitted an application and after the weekend I got a call to say I got accepted and within a couple of days I was having the Clio delivered. As the car was being delivered, a stone hit the window and cracked it but fair play to the team because they were straight on it and stuck to their word about getting it repaired free of charge. I don't want to jinx it, but the car has been running well for the time I've had it.

My Peugeot is going well overall. I did have a small oil leak and a puncture initially, but when I called up, the team were helpful and got the issues sorted quickly. I haven’t been out in it much over Christmas, but I really enjoy driving it when I do. Gaz was fantastic, I thought he was very informative and helpful throughout the process. The handover was perfectly on time, 5 stars, because I was especially impressed that I got approved in just 30 minutes and could pick a car the same day.

Everything was 5 stars while I was getting my Kia. Since driving away the car has mechanically been fine but I did notice that the automatic wipers aren't working, so just need to get them looked into.
