I used Concept a few years back and when we was ready to upgrade we contacted them and asked about part exchanging the previous one in and buying something new. We decided on a Vauxhall Insignia and I'm really glad, its a lovely car. I'm still getting used to it as its a diesel and I've always driven petrol's - but its great, I'm really happy with it. It was nice and easy, they sorted the finance and paperwork, arranged delivery, took the part X away, everything went as planned, delivery was on time and the car was exactly as described.

I wanted to buy a car as I have a work van but its not practical for social use. I contacted Concept and I was allocated to Laura, she was absolutely incredible, I cannot fault a single thing, she couldn't do enough for me. She wasn't pushy and she gave me a few different options and asked what suited me best, she really was great.
