I absolutely love my new car!! I'm so so so happy with it, its by far the nicest car I've ever ever owned!! I went to Concept Car Credit, they found me the PERFECT Vauxhall Adam, got the finance sorted, helped with the paperwork etc, it was the easiest process, they ensured everything ran smoothly, quickly and professionally. Its so lovely to drive, its the perfect size and I am over the moon with it. I've named the car and promised to keep him extremely clean. When I collected it was quick and simple, no waiting around everything was ready and the car looked absolutely incredible, it was spotless! I'm using the car daily for work and its nothing but a dream, I cant thank Concept enough!!

I was a bit concerned that I wasn't able to test drive the car before buying, but I am absolutely made up with the car I bought. Its a Vauxhall Mokka and its lovely, absolutely spot on. Its great to drive, comfortable and not too big, just the perfect size. The staff were all really helpful and polite. I collected the car from their branch and it looked amazing, it was so clean and shiny, inside and outside, really happy over-all.

I am over the moon with my new Ford Kuga, very very happy. Its a fantastic car and perfect for what we need it for. One of the things we was looking for in a car was a tow bar, the Kuga came with a manufactured fitted tow bar which was absolutely perfect for us, we have a caravan and that was the main reason for upgrading. The customer service provided by Concept Car Credit was absolutely brilliant, they couldn't do enough and nothing was too much trouble. I had a little issue with the car when first buying, I contacted Concept and they booked me in for the following morning and that afternoon the car was returned, fully repaired, I really could not have asked for anything more. I will 100% be back to this dealer for our next upgrade.

Very different times buying a car without the dealership experience and the opportunity to look and drive the cars before buying. Considering the restrictions in place, the process was very simple, easy and quick. The team were helpful and friendly. I bought a Vauxhall Mokka and I'm really enjoying it its a lovely car. Very impressed with this dealership, I bought a Range Rover Sport and I cannot fault it whatsoever, I organised to collect the car and when I got there it looked pristine, it was clean, shiny and looked perfect. The guys had everything ready for the handover, the car was ready, documents, part x details etc there was no waiting around, very well organised and ever so polite. I'm really happy with the Range, its a lovely car to drive and was great value for money, I'd happily return to Concept Car Credit in the future.

I went to Concept Car Credit to buy a Peugeot 208, I was soooo happy with it, such a lovely car to drive, it was perfect for me. Unfortunately I crashed the car and its a write off, really gutted as I really loved the car! I'm back in contact with Concept now to see my options and hopefully purchase something new from them, I think I'd go for a 208 again, it was perfect. The customer service at sale was absolutely spot on, they really looked after me, extremely helpful and polite - I 100% recommend Concept.
