Loving my Vauxhall Mokka that I got from Concept Car Credit. I am a returning customer and based on my experience this time I would defo use again everyone helpful and friendly. really good experience again.

I ended up going to concept car credit to look at a car for my sister. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. They were So understanding of the situation we are in and they were very supportive and respectful. They made it possible for us to get in a car when we didn't think possible. My whole experience couldn’t of been better, car is great we are really enjoying it.

My daughter is my driver, we share the car and she is thoroughly enjoying driving it. Everything has been absolutely fine, she had a nice experience when on site at Concept car credit and because i wasn't on site but part of the deal, they called me to run through everything and the lady who dealt with me was very friendly and helpful, she explained very thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble when I had questions. We will return in the future.

I bought the car blind over the phone which was quite scary but it did not disappoint. The lady who looked after me was very helpful on the phone. I got the car delivered as I live in Halifax and I could not get down due to lockdown. Everyone I spoke was so kind and they really looked after me.

Kieron really looked after me when I was looking for a new car he really fact found out what i wanted and recommended certain cars that would fit my needs. cant thank him enough. I had some issues after getting the car home but I rang up concept and they were just great got it back in and sorted straight away. great after sales as well.
