love my new car Concept were so helpful with paperwork, we dealt with one of the directors and he was so so friendly. It is the first time we have used them but when it comes time to renew my car I will absolutely use Concept again and I have already been telling people to use them because they are so brilliant when you are down there nothing is too much trouble.

Since buying my car I have been getting on fine! Its been great! My experience was really good I originally came to Concept because my friend knows the owner, They put me onto Laura and she really helped me out and let me test drive a few different ones to see what I preferred and what was best for me. I was so happy with the car and service that I just went for it. I would definitely recommend I have already told 3 different people and my friend has bought a car from there already.

I think my car is fantastic when I can drive it (due to being locked down now) The customer service and everything was brill couldn't rate them high enough. No complaints atall the guy was really helpful who looked after me and I would happily return in the future.

Everyone at Concept car credit was lovely. considering the current measures, everything was very covid safe and it was a really nice experience. Its the second time I have been here to buy a car and both times everyone is really nice. I noticed a slight crack in the windscreen and I was very impressed as they got it replaced instantly. The car is great and I will return for a third time when the time comes.

I was quite nervous buying a car; 1. without seeing it and 2. from a long distance away. I was lucky enough to deal with Laura and she really put my mind at ease, she sent me numerous photo's of the car and even did a few walk around videos for me - I got a very good understandings of the car and its condition by this. I put my trust into this dealership and agreed to buy the Audi A4. I'm so glad I did, the car is bang on! I absolutely love it, it drives like a dream, runs perfectly and very enjoyable.
