Overly impressed with the speed that Concept work at. I phoned the garage to see if they could help me, they found me a car within an hour, which was perfect! I went down and couple of hours later to collect, they had all relevant measures in place to make sure the site was safe for customers. James was fantastic, really helpful and got things sorted so quickly. I'm really happy, and highly recommend.

I bought a car from Concept, there was some issues with it, so when I went back and they gave me a courtesy car for a week and half. I decided to choose a different car with them, which was a Fiesta, the car is fine and running well.

I went to concept after a bad experience with another dealership, I called in the morning and they invited me down to look at a car that afternoon, I knew when I saw the car, i wanted it! The guys there were so helpful, I was driving off within the hour in my new Ford Focus! The helped with all the paper work and made the process pain free! I will definitely be using them again, I havent got a negative thing to say them! Thanks Concept!

The dealership made the buying process really easy, I wasn't able to view / test drive the car due to shielding, but Concept delivered the car straight to me, this was a massive help! The Juke had to go back for some work to be completed, it was done in good time and at no cost to me. I'm really happy with the car and the customer service levels!
