My daughter and I went to Concept to buy a new car that we would share, we needed something practical and found a nice looking Vauxhall Insignia, we were really happy with it and both liked the car. I recently bought a fantastic Honda Civic and its absolutely BRILLIANT, I LOVE IT. I have used Concept before and they were brilliant the first time round, thats why I went back to them for my Civic. The whole process was very quick, no waiting around or lateness, when I collected the car all ready at the time agreed, and the car was so clean, it was exactly as advertised and I couldnt pick a fault with it all. Im over the moon, I always recommend Concept to others and will 100% use the dealership again in the future.

Although the range of stock is outstanding at the dealership, they didnt have the exact thing I wanted, I left with them what I wanted and criteria, and they actually sourced me the car, I was really thankful of this, its the perfect car and I'm really pleased with it.
