Straight forward and easy process. Found a car I liked online, contacted them, they invited me down to test drive. I liked it, I signed, I drove away. No issues when buying, no issues since buying, just a quick and easy way to buy a decent car. Can't fault it at all.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership, the car is so nice, I love driving it. Its really smooth and nice to drive, its cheap to run too! When I was in the dealership showroom I did feel safe, they had put all the covid measures in place, they had definitely followed all guidelines. I didn't know about concept before buying from them, but I'll buy here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Really happy with my new BMW 3 series. I had been searching online when I came across concept car credit, and I was really impressed with the variety and range of stock they hold! I decided on the BMW, and when I went to test drive, it was as described, looked well kept, I couldn't not have it! Staff are friendly, welcoming and really helpful. I'm really happy with the car, its lovely to drive, and I'd happily buy her again!

I didn't know buying a car could be so easy. From calling them to discuss a Nissan Qashqai, 2 days later I was driving away, It was instant, they worked hard to get the finance and car sorted for me. They were really good, no waiting around, everything was done on time. The car is amazing, I'm really happy with it and enjoying it a lot. When I picked the car up it was really nice and clean, I have nothing to criticise.

My wife and I have a little one on the way, so it was was time to get rid of the BMW and get a family car, something more practical. I was shopping online and came across Concept Car Credit, with a huge range of cars in stock. I contacted them and ran through the details of a few cars, we decided on a Kia Sportage, mainly for size and practicality. I live in Birmingham, so quite a distance from Bolton, the dealer arranged for the car to be delivered to me. What I've driven of the car, its a lovely car, I'm enjoying it, really pleased with it over-all. The customer service was perfect, so helpful!

I'm really happy with my new car from Concept! It's really nice to drive, the boot is massive, its spacious inside, it ticks all the boxes I needed for a car. The staff had ensured the site was Covid-safe, I felt comfortable and safe when I was there. Everybody was lovely, very helpful and friendly. No problems at all with the service or the Vauxhall Insignia I bought, I would happily use Concept Car Credit again.

When I first bought my Nissan Juke, it was in garage for a few days as the engine management light kept coming on. I contacted Concept Car Credit and they got it booked in straight away. It's been fine since I collected. I asked them if the issue come back again what will happen and they said they would be more than happy to fix. They handled the issue well, and was helpful through-out. When I was buying the car it was very straight forward, quick and easy. Very good customer service skills. I would recommend to others.
