I'm delighted with my new Audi from concept. Everything was so quick and easy to deal with, concept car credit sorted everything for me, they were really helpful and friendly, I will happily buy again from here.

The staff at Concept were so good with us, they were extremely patience and helpful. We couldn't decide on a car, so we viewed a few, test drove a couple, we just couldn't make our minds up. Concept didn't pressure us in to choosing a car, they just gave us all the information and history of the cars to help us decide. The salesman dealing with us had the patience of a saint, he didn't get frustrated, just remained professional and helpful through-out. He couldn't do enough for us - exceptional customer service skills. We finally decided on a BMW 320d GT and we are so pleased with it, it was a great decision and a great purchase. The car is lovely to drive, me and my Husband share the car and we both love it. Concept really went out of their way for us, I will definitely buy again from them when we are ready. Highly recommend their customer service and quality cars.

I bought a little Toyota Aygo, the car is great. Its nice and easy to drive, very easy to park too. Its cost efficient, petrol lasts forever, cheap on insurance, tax etc. I'm made up with my little car. The team were great with me, they looked after me, very helpful and informative. When I went to collect the car, it was clean and tidy, inside and out, it was exactly as described! I will happily purchase here again.

I used to drive buses and coaches and they are mainly automatic but my cars were always manual. I enjoyed the drive on a automatic so I took the plunge and bought a Vauxhall Astra automatic, it the best decision I've made. Its lovely to drive, I got used to it very quickly and I love it. The staff at Concept were great, Gary dealt with the sale, and very well. He was helpful, friendly and made sure the process was quick and easy. He arranged for the car to be delivered to me, I got a message saying the driver was on route, and 5 minutes later the car was on my drive, I can't fault the service they provided at all, from start to finish - outstanding.

I was driving a 15 year old BMW, I was struggling to let go of the car, but I needed something newer, more practical for the kids and it was definitely time. I viewed a Seat Leon at Concept Car Credit and It was perfect. I decided to take the car and I'm really glad I made the change, I'm really enjoying driving it, its a lot newer and there's a BIG difference, its lovely and smooth and much nicer to drive. The staff looked after me at Concept, they offered me a coffee whilst we was sorting the paperwork out, it was a nice friendly environment. I would happily buy here again and I will be recommending to others.

I went to Concept Car Credit to look for a new car, they didn't have anything in that was 1. within my budget or 2, what I was really looking for. My partner liked the Citroen DS4's, but they didn't have any DS4's in stock or similar within our budget. I explained what we looking for and Concept actually sourced the car for me, they went away found exactly what we looking for. We went to view it and it and we loved it. The dealer went above and beyond to get us what we wanted, I cannot fault their work or service at all, very impressed and grateful for the efforts they went to. Everybody is nice and friendly at Concept and very welcoming. It was a nice experience, and I will definitely buy from them again. We are really enjoying the DS4, its running great and lovely to drive.

I've always wanted a BMW 1 Series, for years and years. I've finally got my dream car, Gary at Concept Car Credit was absolutely brilliant, I couldn't fault him at all. He helped me get the car, got everything sorted in the background and made sure it was ready when we agreed. The BMW is driving like a dream, its fantastic. Really impressed with the service over-all and I can only thank Concept for allowing me to finally have the car I've always wanted!! I highly recommend the dealership, and will be recommending to family and friends!

I was on the look out for a new car, I wanted an Audi A4, I came across Concept Car Credit online, and they had a lovely A4 in. The only issue I had was I'm in Coventry and Concept are in Bolton, so its a good 2 hour drive. I contacted them and they sent me more photo's and video's of the car, the salesman gave me all the details, description and history for me to look through, and I decided to go for it. I blind bought the A4 and it was delivered to me the following day, I was not disappointed. The car was as described, if not better. Its lovely to drive and been reliable since buying. The salesman got things sorted their end, very quickly. Everything was spot on, very happy. I will certainly bare Concept in mind when looking in the future.

I recently bought a Nissan Qashqai and its absolutely lovely. I was driving a Renault Kadjar before-hand, so size wise its similar but the Qashqai is so much more powerful and smooth to drive, I'm really pleased with it. I would happily buy from Concept Car Credit again, everybody was great, it was a very quick and easy process, highly recommend.
