I bought my Mercedes-Benz during very strange times. Firstly, I'd like to note that Concept Car Credit had put all the correct measures in place and I felt safe on site. Before entering, I was given a mask and gloves to wear, and all the staff adhered to all government guidelines. I felt comfortable and at ease - in a time where that was hard. The service was great from start to finish. The Mercedes is absolutely brilliant, I am enjoying it, when I can - I'm currently still working from home, so weekends I get out in it as much as I can! I've not had any issues with the car or the service, so I would happily recommend to friends and family.

I recently bought my partner her first car from Concept, she's still learning at the moment but she absolutely loves the Toyota Aygo we bought, it's perfect for her. Super cheap to run, cheap on petrol and insurance, we are made up with it. When we went to collect the car, it was perfect, there was no marks, dents and it was pristine clean, inside and out! We choose this particular Aygo as it the mileage was low, the colour was right and the price was certainly competitive. I found Concept Car Credit very simple to use, the process was easy and quick. They got everything sorted very quickly, the salesman was helpful and professional, it was just great from start to finish, I am looking to upgrade my car in the next year and I know I will be using Concept for sure, I highly recommend!

Quick and easy process. I bought a 5 Series, in very strange times. I did most of the sale over the phone and online, but when I went to collect the car from their showroom, the car was immaculate. Concept have definitely gone above and beyond to make sure their showroom is covid-safe, all the correct measures in place. Concept comes with my recommendation!

I bought an A3, the day after I bought it I noticed a knocking noise at the front end, I rang concept car credit and they told me to get it looked at and get a quote over to them. I took the car to my local garage and had the work done, I called the after sales team at Concept, they paid over the phone for the work that was done. I was impressed with the level of customer service, they got it sorted quickly for me with no drama. I'm really happy with the car, it looks great and is nice to drive. I'm really happy with the Astra I bought, its a nice car and I cant fault it at all. It was such an easy and quick process, very straight forward. I would gladly buy from from Concept again.

I was really happy with the Golf I bought, it has had a leaking problem recently, but Concept have agreed to have the car back and complete the work for me. I dealt with Kieran he was really nice and helpful. I would have given 5 stars had I not experienced a problem so soon, but I would have no issue in buying from Concept again or recommending as they are resolving the problem for me.

I was really impressed with the Corsa I bought from here. Kieran was the salesman, he was fantastic, knew his stuff, helpful and got everything sorted within 48 hours, from applying to driving away, super quick and efficient service. The car was clean and as described when I collected, I would definitely buy from them again.
