I'm really happy with the A3 I bought, its running really well and definitely looks the part. The customer service provided was perfect, they were friendly, helpful and that's why I will always use Concept. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from them, and I'm 99% sure my 3rd car will be bought here too.

The Vauxhall Zafira is the 4th car I've bought through Concept Car Credit, and I'll certainly be back in a couple of years when I'm ready for a new car, next time it will be a car I can enjoy myself, and not something to cater for the kids! The car is running well, I am happy with it, its perfect for what we needed it for. The customer service was great overall. The only reason my score is 4/5 is due to the car not been cleaned when picking it up, I was told it had been cleaned. Its not a big issue, and this certainly won't stop me from using them again and recommending to family and friends.

Considering I did most of the communicating over the phone rather than face-to-face, the service provided was excellent. Concept sent me photos and video's so I could decide on the car I wanted, I organised a test drive, I agreed the sale and it was a straight forward process. From the first contact of applying, to driving away the whole process took no more than 3 days. The staff were helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. They valeted the car for me, provided a full tank of fuel and they did everything they said they would. The car is running well, I'm very pleased with it. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely use Concept again when I'm ready for a new car.

I bought my car a couple of months back, it was in the middle of lock down with many restrictions in place. I actually signed for the car before viewing, when I got there the salesman was not pushy at all, he said, "although you have already signed and agreed the sale, if you don't like the car or don't want it, there is no pressure, we will just cancel". Extremely helpful and friendly, the customer service was brilliant, The car had a minor issue, Concept got this sorted straight away for me. The car is now running well, I'm really happy with it. I would have no issues in buying from Concept again, and I'd highly recommend.

Smooth and professional approach, the Hyundai I bought is brilliant, I love it! They really looked after me, I collected the car and Concept had even gone out of their way to put fuel in so I could get home. I'd definitely use them again. Really happy with how it all went, the IX35 is running perfectly, and the service was exceptional.
