This was my first time going to them, and I highly recommend it! they were super helpful and friendly, and there was no stress throughout the whole process. It was quick, simple, and stress-free. I took the car for a test drive and then took it home the same day. It was lovely and clean, with nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a Mini Hatchback from Concept. We went to a dealership in Essex and found that it was a little pushy, so we left as we didn’t feel the customer service was the best. However, Jamie really helped us out by sending us different options via WhatsApp, being super responsive, and not pushy at all. We had the Mini delivered since we're in Kent and it was from Manchester. The delivery was on time, and the inside of the car was lovely and clean. Overall, it was a quick process, and I would recommend it to others.

The Nissan Qashqai I recently got through Concept Car Credit is really good. I had an issue with the suspension a couple of weeks after taking home, but as soon as I got in touch with them they got it fixed with no questions asked. This was my second time going to Concept Cars, and I found them equally amazing each time. Both times, I dealt with Daz, who was super helpful. This time, he helped me choose which car to get, as I wasn't sure, and I couldn't be happier with it. I've had no problems with the car so far. There was a delay in getting it delivered, but I got reimbursed for the delivery fee because of the delay, which was really nice of them to do. The car arrived clean and in great condition. I'd 100% go back again in the future.

My mum and I went to buy an Audi A4 from Concept Car Credit last month, and we were both happy with our experience with the dealership. I did have an issue with the car, as the engine light came on, and I had to get the tank replaced, but the dealership themselves have been great. I have just bought my first car from Concept Car Credit, and I couldn't be happier. I went with a BMW X4 estate. The car itself did have a bit of a funny noise coming from it when I turned around corners, but the garage sorted this for me straight away, and I haven't had any problems since. So far, so good.
