This was my second time going to Concept Cars, and I'd say you always know you're getting a reliable car from them. My previous car, I didn't have any problems with, and my car this time, I've had no issues with so far. I had Kerion as my salesman this time around, and I would say he was very helpful. I wasn't sure what car I wanted, so I went away to think about it. Keiron kept sending me cars he thought I'd like until we found one. I would say this felt a little pushy at times, but it's all part of a sales job, haha. The dealership is also great if you have a lower credit score; they are more likely to accept and help with finance compared to other dealers, so I would recommend it if you are in that situation. Overall, I am yet again pleased with my time at Concept.

I bought a Vauxhall Crossland X Hatchback from Concept last month, and so far there have been no problems with the car. I have had Vauxhalls in the past, and I find them to be very reliable, good cars. The whole process with Concept was straightforward and simple. I found the dealership to be presentable and welcoming; they offered me a cup of coffee when I came in, and all in all, the team was very polite. I also felt like there was no pressure from anyone. A very nice experience.

I am so, so happy with my BMW. It is such an upgrade from my previous cars. I have been loving it the whole time I’ve had it and have had no issues come up. I found Concept Car Credit online, and I had such a great experience at the dealership. Becky and another member of the team helped me throughout the whole process. I wasn’t sure which car I wanted at first, but they helped me go through all the different options and pick the best one for me. I found them really down to earth and not pushy to make a sale; I could tell they really cared about my experience and picking the right car for me. I have already recommended Concept to a few of my friends and family, and they are who I’d recommend to anyone. Although I am not thinking about switching from this amazing BMW anytime soon, if I were ever looking for a new car in the future, I would 100% go back to these guys.

I was really impressed with the customer service from Becky at Concept Car Credit. She went above and beyond, making sure everything was done for me, chasing things up that I was waiting for, even after I bought the car. Becky made the whole process simple; she was just spot on! She helped me find cheaper alternatives and discussed deals for me to get money back as well. I actually went to Concept to help my brother-in-law pick out a car and left with one myself! I have had a few issues with the car but will hopefully be getting them sorted soon with the dealership. I really would recommend Becky to help you find your next car.
