Everything is going great with the new car. It drives lovely and I've already gotten used to the car which is a plus. The customer service was amazing. Gaz really looked after me and help me with any queries I had. I would place my experience at a 5 as everything went very smoothly.

Great service from the staff at Concept Car Credit, they were polite throughout, answered all my questions and were very prompt at contacting me back when they promised. The VW Polo I bought from them is amazing, there was a slight hiccup on the first day, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
