Great service from the staff at Concept Car Credit, they were polite throughout, answered all my questions and were very prompt at contacting me back when they promised. The VW Polo I bought from them is amazing, there was a slight hiccup on the first day, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

My Renault Kadjar from Concept Car Credit is great, a little problem with the passenger side heater but mechanically - no problems to report. From the moment I got in touch with them, they were brilliant got everything sorted quickly.

Hi there I’m just leaving this quick review about my experience with Concept Cars Bolton. This is the second vehicle that I’ve purchased from them the first car was a Nissan Note and it has served me well over the past 3 or 4 years. I had that one delivered after seeing it on the website and if you are living as I am a few hours away from the car showrooms and don’t mind using your phone to look at the vehicle and deal with the paperwork and documentation I would suggest that for you. I had no issues with trusting the sales person and process and they really did a marvellous job. Happy to help me with all my questions and concerns and I know that in this day and age it is very easy to be conned and lied to especially when buying something as expensive as a car. Things are expensive enough today and Trust is very important to us all so I can say that if you are looking for a new vehicle you could do no better than having a look around the car showroom and spending a hour or two looking at the great cars there the staff are very friendly and not pushy they will assist you with your choice of car without the need to give the hard sell. The car should always sell itself and the salesperson is there to give you an opportunity to ask questions and make sure you get the right car for you.
So this week after texting John in the sales office about the chance of getting a new smaller car 🚗 he quickly sent me some information about the cars that were available and the next day my fiancée and I went over to have a look at the cars. It took quite a while to get everything sorted out so I would really suggest that you go over there early as it took us the best part of four hours to pick test drive and process the vehicle’s paperwork but all went well and we were able to drive back home tired but quite happy with our new little red car 🚗
We would like to thank Fhetta (hopefully I spelt your name correctly 😉) John and not forgetting Bex who was invaluable in answering our questions over the past few days

I absolutely love the Golf, it's perfect! Andy who was my salesman was amazing answered all my questions and made everything so easy. Honestly, that man could sell windows to a window salesman! 😂Thanks so much to Andy and Concept for the great experience and even better car. If I could I'd give them 12/5!

All good with the Qashqai we bought from these guys. Service was good and made things easy. We had a slight hiccup after leaving them they had had the wrong paperwork for the car, they called us as soon as they had realised and were very apologetic, little frustrating but wouldn't stop me using them again.

I was after a specific car when I enquired with Concept Car Credit, but unfortunately this wasn't something that was viable for me currently, but the salesman worked hard to find another car that would be suitable for me, and I'm really happy with it, no its not the car I had my heart set on but in about 2 years I will be heading back to hopefully drive away in the car that I love!

Concept Car Credit made the process in buying my Nissan Juke very straightforward and the salesman didn't use any gobbledygook talk with me, which was amazing, they explained everything step of the process so I knew what was going on. I have had the Nissan Juke for little while now and its running beautifully, so comfy and economical. I would return to Concept Car Credit in the future if I'm in need of a new car, but touch wood not for a very long time.
