I'd rate my satisfaction with the car from Concept as a definite 5. They worked hard on my behalf to find me a car that was within budget and that I am happy with. So far the car is awesome, and I am a very happy customer. The whole team especially Gary was friendly and helpful. I can't think of a single fault.

Thank you to the team at Concept Car Credit for going above and beyond to secure me the Mercedes! I was on my way to another company to pick up a different car when I got a call from the staff at Concept to say they had an automatic Mercedes C-Class that I would be accepted for. I was unable to get to Manchester but they went out of their way to put me in a taxi and covered the full cost. I couldn't ask for much more than that. The car has been sound since and the whole process couldn't have gone better.

This is my third car from Concept Car Credit and as luck would have it, Gaz is the gentleman who's looked after me every time. Like always the application process was easy and Gaz was brilliant to deal with. I went for the Ford Kuga on this occasion, and I'm really enjoying it.

Kieran looked after me while I was making my enquiry about the Mercedes and he was perfect. I felt well informed about the car before going ahead with it and he was even able to answer all of my questions. I was quite impressed with his service. I did notice a small crack on the outside of the window, but it's less than 5 mm long but otherwise, the car hasn't had any problems.

Although the furthest I've gone in the Nissan is 50 miles, it's driving well and getting the job done. While applying for finance I thought the process was pretty straightforward, and the staff member that was looking after me was really helpful.
