I absolutely love the Qashqai, the kids call it "mums new whip" I think they love it as much as I do. I am absolutely delighted with the car, but also with the service too! Kieron was brilliant, he was such a nice lad and helped me out with every step of the way. The whole process was so so simple and easy, I can't recommend them enough! My eldest turns 17 next year, so when he is after a car, we will definitely be coming to Concept to look for "his new whip"!

My car is driving beautifully, its a perfect example of a clean reliable car. I cant fault Concept in the slightest, the guys dealing with me were helpful, chatty and friendly, special mention to Gaz who went above and beyond for me. He was such a nice guy, and helped me alot, 5 stars!

Very streamline and easy buying from the Concept team. Everyone was very welcoming and made it a really enjoyable purchase. The Focus is a lovely car, and is driving better than I ever imagined it would! I would happily use them again!

The Ford Fiesta is actually for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! She says it is such a nice car to drive, and petrol lasts her a good while too which is good. I dealt with the sales process and found everyone to be really helpful and quick. I didn't feel rushed, but there was no messing about. If she or I wanted another car, I think we would definitely use Concept again!

I did have quite a big issue with the DS3 to begin with,, and it needed quite a bit of work done. Naturally, I was quite worried, however, Concept were fantastic and reassured me that they would get this sorted for me, without a single penny leaving my wallet! They stuck to their word and got everything sorted for me, no issues or fuss at all. They really did help me out, I can't fault their aftersales. Thank you all for the help!

I bought my Audi from SR Motor Group in August and it is a cracking car. The interior is so clean and I am loving the tech. I have no complaints in regards to the customer service, Kieron was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, right up until taking it away. He was a lovely lad, and organised everything for me, I am more than happy with how things went!

I am most pleased with my BMW 2 Series and I was more than happy with the customer service. The lovely staff around the dealership couldn't of helped me more and I will certainly be taking a look around when I'm looking for an upgrade.
