Just picked up my new car from Cookes at fakenham excellent service from a trusted local dealership. From start to finish I was kept informed of everything and nothing was too much trouble. Matt was amazing and helped me to get use to all the info on my new car and said if I need anything please pop in or call us, would highly recommend to anyone.

I purchased a VW Touran and Matt Hill went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly in the height of the fuel crisis. As well as picking me up from Kings Lynn station, he ensured that I had fuel as I had a long drive home to the West Sussex. Very pleased with the car and would definitely recommend Matt and Cookes

On Wednesday the 5th May 2021, my wife and i attended Cookes of Fakenham. To view a Volkswagen Tiguan SUV with a view to procuring a test drive. We were met on the forecourt by the sales Manage Mr Jamie Jones who from the outset was extremely polite and professional. His initial covid risk and safety assessment along with proper justified use of PPE was very reassuring. His professional demeanour and product knowledge was both informative and reassuring with regards to our enquiries. we were able to examine other vehicles that we were interested in which was very reassuring and assisted us in making our eventual purchase. We have purchased many new and used motor vehicles over the past 45 years but can honestly say this was one of the easiest, as we were made to feel both informed and relaxed, in what has so often been quite a stressful and pressured environment.
